00:57Long story short, my fridge died.
01:00In haste, I ordered a new fridge that was the wrong size.
01:04It was about two-thirds of the size of the proper size refrigerator you see in the background
01:09there.

01:12It looked ridiculous.
01:13I was very embarrassed.
01:13In fact, you know what?
01:14Let me demonstrate.
01:15So here's me with the old fridge, which clearly is too small, right?
01:22That's not a good look at all.
01:23And then here's me with the new fridge, which is the right size and the proper height, a
01:30little bit shorter than I am, and I can put things in it like ice-cold beer, which is what
01:36I did.
01:36As you can see, I'm kind of sweaty.
01:38It's been a long weekend, a lot of running around, putting the old fridge into my car so
01:43that I can bring it back.
01:44So what we're going to do is we're going to go and go into the new fridge.
01:49We're going to open it up, and then you're going to see, oh, would you look at that?
01:54It's a delicious ice-cold beer.
01:57This is my favorite summer beer.
01:59This is the Narragansett Dells Shandy.
02:03They first put this out in May of 2014 as part of their High Neighbor series.
02:08In fact, it might have even been the first one.
02:10I need to go and do some research on that.
02:13If you are a Gansett drinker like I am, you probably remember they did a bunch of these
02:17different High Neighbor series, so they would take a local flavor in Rhode Island, and they
02:21would put it into their beer.
02:23One of the more famous ones is they made an autocrat coffee milk stout using autocrat coffee
02:28milk, put it into a stout delicious beer.
02:30But this is the one, and I'm not a big Shandy guy, and I know that Shandies and Rattlers
02:35are an acquired taste for some people, but this is a phenomenal combination of Narragansett
02:41lager and the taste of that delicious Dells frozen lemonade that dates back to 1948.
02:48If you grew up, obviously, on the South Shore, south of Boston, Rhode Island, like you know,
02:53and even I.
02:54I mean, I go to the one in Arlington sometimes, the Dells frozen lemonade stand.
02:58But this is, in fact, oh, you know what we can do?
03:00This is good at the mic.

03:14And it's sad that summer's almost over.
03:17I probably should have done this one, like, earlier in the summer.
03:20But really, it's about as clean and easy drinking as it can be.
03:25And again, I understand for a beer purist, anytime you start adding flavor to a beer,
03:30things can get a little, just the balance of the lemon in this is perfect.
03:35And again, really easy to drink.
03:37You're going to pick up a six-pack of Talls, and you're going to go through them pretty quickly,
03:41which I won't be doing now because I have to be on the radio tomorrow at 530.
