01:09few examples of a time that you uh your favorite uh brew has been disappeared for many years my favorite
01:15beer was bass ale oh so originally brewed in the 1700s and it has disappeared yes uh likewise shipyard
01:24export ale yes golden it's not golden that's different export ale that has recently disappeared
01:30recently meaning a couple years ago yeah and in between those two a great go-to beer was newcastle ale
01:36which has now disappeared newcastle brown ale which i believe was and that was a that was a british nut
01:42brown ale um someone bought it changed the recipe and it wasn't the same uh and then i i like
01:50that
01:50you brought up the shipyard export because a lot of people watching this know shipyard from pumpkin
01:54head because pumpkin head is their most popular uh beer but i believe for a time shipyard export was
02:00their flagship it absolutely was and something happened you loved it all these beers that my dad loves
02:06they disappear but there's one that hasn't yet and hopefully it won't and that's what we're featuring on
02:11this episode of can check this is tuckerman's pale ale tell me about how you discovered tuckerman's
02:17pale ale well being in the northland up here and it's uh tuckerman's is brewed in new hampshire
02:23and then uh once i had one of those it was very similar in taste to the shipyard export even

02:30lighter um but a really fine good tasting beer yes so uh let's even though i kind of broke the

02:38already by drinking a sip because i can't help myself cheers
