00:00France has been given a lot of money by the UK but at the end of the day both
00:05countries still have a small boats crisis. This is not just a UK problem it
00:09is a global problem. I was in Italy speaking to Prime Minister Maloney last
00:13week it's a problem there. I was speaking to the Greek Prime Minister
00:17about it. It's a problem there. We need to deal with this and one of the
00:21things that everybody is talking about is the Convention on Human Rights. It is
00:25our policy to leave it. Other countries are trying to reform it. I don't think
00:29Labour is having any of those discussions at all. They're just pretending that
00:33this is not an issue but we do need to stop the boats and Conservatives have a
00:36plan to do it.
