00:34drought in the caribbean for trinidad and tobago this could mean continued hot conditions and
00:39periods of below normal rainfall with possible impacts on water resources soil moisture and
00:45agriculture however el nino does not mean that every day will be dry individual tropical waves
00:52itcz activity and other weather systems can still bring periods of heavy rainfall and if you've been
00:59noticing that the nights have been feeling warmer than usual el nino could be playing a part so even
