01:13And one by one, the police is now allowing Chandra Shekhar Ravan along with Sanjay Azad, the father of Nishu

01:21All three of them will now walk inside the Parliament Street Police Station and will raise their issues in front
01:27of DCP New Delhi.
01:29It remains to be seen what will eventually come out from the meeting.
01:33Will the Delhi Police actually accept the fact that since the said accused in this matter has accepted on camera
01:38that he was involved in this entire incident,
01:41he was the person who had hit Sanjay Azad with his kada or steel bangle and then eventually take action
01:48against him.
01:49But at this point in time, that is something that seems very, very unlikely because most of the police or
01:56requisite legal under enter
01:59has already been in their hands because this is also the MLC of the victim has been done.

05:02or probably all these people, like you said,
05:05on the other side of barricading?
05:07Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, Nishu Azad, Chandrasekhar Azad,
05:11will be allowed to go in and talk?
05:16Well, yes, they have been allowed to go in and talk.
05:18Five people have been allowed at this point in time.
05:20Ashutosh Ranka, Saurav Das, Chandrasekhar Ravan,
05:24Sanjay Azad, the victim himself,
05:26and the daughter of the victim, Nishu Azad.
05:28All these five people have been given an entry
05:30inside the Parliament Street Police Station.
05:32Along with them, leaders from the Congress Party,
05:35Akshay Lakhda, who is the leader of the Youth Congress leader
05:39and also a part of the Delhi Congress portion,
05:44he has also reached over here.
05:45Along with other lawyers from the party
05:48and lawyers from the Cockroach Janta Party,
05:50one representation from each side
05:52have been allowed to go inside at this point in time.
05:54They will be speaking to the additional DCP at this point.
05:57And then eventually a decision will be taken.
05:59If at all, there are other sections that need to be added
06:01in the FIR that has now already been registered
06:04by the Delhi Police.
06:06So yes, the meeting is on.
06:08On the other hand, if you could see that
06:09workers of the Cockroach Janta Party
06:11are now sitting on a dharna
06:12outside the Parliament Street Police Station.
06:15And definitely it seems like that
06:17the Delhi Police has taken some gyan
06:20from the incident that happened last time around
06:23when Rahul Gandhi paid a surprise visit over here.
06:26And he along with the Congress workers
06:28were able to get inside the Parliament Street Police Station
06:32for their protest.
06:32But this time around, the Delhi Police has made sure
06:35that strong barricades and heavy deployment of forces
06:39is done over here outside the gates
06:41of the Parliament Street Police Station
06:42so that no person who is not wanted inside the police station
06:46is actually allowed to get in.
06:49So this is something that has been done
06:51by the Delhi Police to initially manage the crowd.
06:53But yes, as time will go by
06:57and if at all there is no conclusion
07:00that is reached upon then definitely
07:01we can expect that this crowd
07:02that you are seeing over here
07:04outside the Parliament Street Police Station
07:06this crowd could also swell
07:07and then eventually a more headache

07:20by the police traffic movement is being allowed.

07:27of the Parliament Street Police Station
07:28definitely the roads are also now getting affected.

07:33So definitely a massive, massive headache
07:35for the Delhi Police to ascertain.
07:37Initially, first, to make sure that
07:39the people who have gone inside
07:41they are pacified or they are convinced
07:43with the kind of work that the police has done.
07:46And secondly, they need to ensure
07:48that the crowd that has now started
07:50to gather outside
07:51these people could also be taken into control
07:53and there is no other law-on-order situation
07:55that could arise in this very, very important area
07:58of Parliament Street Police Station
08:00which is just a few meters away
08:01from the Indian National Parliament.

09:22and said that he was initially making a video
09:25in which there were two people
09:27who initially told them to not shoot this video
09:29and then eventually they were attacked.
09:31This is the complaint that has been given.
09:33But what has the MLC said?
09:36According to the MLC,
09:37it has come out that there are
09:39two laceration injuries
09:41that are on the head of the said accused.
09:44These two injuries are on the right side
09:46and on the left side.
09:47Now, according to the MLC itself,
09:49the MLC states that these injuries
09:51are not serious in nature
09:52and that is the reason why
09:53since the injuries were not serious in nature,
09:56attempt to murder charges
09:58were actually not filed against the said accused.
10:01Now, in sections 115 and section 126
10:04of the BNS that have been imposed
10:05against the said accused,
10:07these are two sections
10:09that do not warrant an immediate arrest
10:11and what does it warrant,
10:13what actions that the police should take,
10:14they should collect evidence,
10:15they should question the accused
10:18that they have been able to find out,
10:20the accused that they have been able to find out,
10:22they will go ahead
10:23and look into these allegations
10:25and then eventually take a decision
10:27if at all section 109 of the BNS,
10:29that is attempt to murder,
10:30can be added to this or not.
10:32If it cannot be added,
10:33then other sections are added
10:34and then eventually the requisite action is taken.
10:36In this case,
10:37Delhi police is of the opinion
10:39with the opinion that they have gotten
10:40from the doctors of the RML hospital
10:42where the MLC,
10:43that is the medical legal certificate
10:45of the said victim was made.
10:47The doctors were of the opinion
10:49that the injuries are not serious in nature
10:51and hence the action that was taken
10:53by the Delhi police was enough.
10:54But things eventually got out of hand
10:57when Swatantra Bhardwaj
10:59who claims that he was the person
11:02who went ahead and attacked Nishu Azad's father,
11:06Sanjay Azad.
11:06He was the person
11:07who was able to walk free from that.
11:11He named BJP leaders
11:12that they in fact supported him
11:14in somewhere or the other
11:14and that is the reason
11:15why he has been able to scoot free.
11:17In fact,
11:17he was a blabbermouth
11:19to the extent that he claimed
11:20that he has the beton
11:22and the shoes
11:23and other pieces of uniforms
11:25of the Delhi police
11:27along with him as well.
11:29So yes,
11:29this is a confession
11:30that has been made
11:31but this confession
11:32also needs to be
11:34proved in front of the courts
11:35with evidences
11:36that the Delhi police will collect.
11:38Has the Delhi police
11:39been able to collect
11:40those evidences
11:40which clearly link
11:43Swatantra Bhardwaj
11:44to the said crime
11:45and if at all
11:46Delhi police
11:46has been able to establish
11:47in their investigation
11:48that these cases
11:50are actually
11:52warrant a section
11:53of attempt to murder
11:54that is something
11:55that will be done
11:57by the Delhi police
11:57and the decision
11:58eventually will be taken by them.
