00:00Trainers haven't been getting much of a look in lately but now that autumn's
00:03officially around the corner let's have a look at some of the new season trainer
00:06trends that you can expect to take off next. So suede trainers are 100%
00:09having a revival but this time around designers are getting a lot more
00:12intentional about their use of suede so rather than fully covered suede shoes
00:15we're seeing lots of suede trim finishes come through the fall especially on
00:19these really sleek low-profile designs it just gives these trainers a bit more
00:22of a chic autumnal energy that makes them so perfect for styling for the
00:25months ahead. Another trainer trend I'm expecting to see a lot of this autumn is
00:29metallic trainers specifically silver trainers so at the moment we're seeing
00:32them at Saint Laurent there's a bunch over at Adidas Onitsuka Taigo is doing them
00:35as well it really gives your styling a much more intentional feeling it's much
00:39more energizing than like your average canvas trainer. Okay the third trend I'm
00:42calling is high top trainers so after so many years of slimmer low-profile designs
00:48this is a really fun one to get behind so obviously Converse's Chuck trainers are
00:52so iconic but Adidas is also releasing some really cool boxer styles I think
00:55that before it gets too cold these are a really cool alternative to leather boots.
00:59Another retro trainer trend that I can really see making a comeback is slip-on
01:03trainers they've got this real indie sleaze kind of throw-on energy that
01:06continues to resonate and with celebrities like Zoe Kravitz and Jennifer
01:10Lawrence continuing to choose them I think that their popularity is only going
