00:02We are learning more about the final hours of actress Hayden Penetier's life, including who was with her when she
00:09was found unresponsive inside a South Carolina Airbnb apartment.
00:14The 36-year-old star of Heroes in Nashville died Sunday in Greenville, South Carolina.
00:20Investigators have not yet released an official cause of death.
00:23But a newly released police report is now filling in some of what happened that afternoon.
00:28Police say Penetier was staying temporarily at the apartment where she was found.
00:33Her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother, Zach, were there, and police say they called 911.
00:39One of the responding officers wrote, I spoke with Zach Hickerson first.
00:43He advised this was his brother's girlfriend.
00:46The report also says Brian Hickerson showed police a bag of Penetier's medications, although the names of those medications were
00:54redacted.
00:54An autopsy found no signs of trauma that contributed to her death.
00:59Investigators are still waiting for additional test results before determining the official cause and manner.
01:04And now Penetier's estranged mother, Leslie Vogel, is speaking publicly about her daughter's death and about Hickerson.

01:26She and Hickerson had a troubled history when it came to domestic violence.
