00:06So I'll be showing you some things you can do to fix if Roblox is not launching from your browser

00:22To get started as you can see we're currently here on roblox.com and I'm logged into my account.
00:27Now the first thing you're going to want to do is come up to the top right hand corner of
00:31your browser,
00:32click onto the three dots and from this menu you want to come and click onto settings.
00:37Now once you're in your settings come to the search box at the top, in here you want to type
00:41cache and
00:42then click onto the result which says about deleting your browsing data which you're going to open a
00:46window like this. Now from here you want to make sure it's selected to all time and take the box
00:51for browsing history, cookies and oversight data and cached images and files.
00:57Make sure it's selected to all time and then click onto delete data.
01:01What you want to do as well is make a note of your login details as when you come back
01:05to Roblox
01:05it's going to ask you to log back into your account. So once you've done that you want to come
01:09back to
01:10Roblox, log into your account and then just click onto an experience. So I'm going to click onto this one
01:15and you're going to see the blue play button. Give that a click and what it's going to do is
01:20ask if you want
01:20to open the Roblox game client. Give that a click and then what it's going to ask you to do
01:24is download
01:25Roblox onto your computer. So give that a click that's going to download the Roblox installer.
01:31Then what you can do is of course run the installer to reinstall Roblox on your computer or laptop.
01:37Now hopefully by clearing the cache that should resolve the problem and Roblox should now launch
01:41from your browser and allow you to play Roblox games. So as you can see it's loading through,
01:45we can click onto play and load up the experience. If this isn't working for you, then another thing
01:51you can do if I just minimize this, what I'm going to do is just close the app down and
01:55come back to
01:56the website. Now the other thing you can do is when you're logged into Roblox, if you come up to
02:01the
02:01address bar at the top and click onto the icon just to the left over here on this menu that
02:06comes up,
02:07you want to come and click onto site settings. And what it's going to do is take you to a
02:11screen like
02:12this. Now from here, you want to make sure that JavaScript is allowed. So change this to allow,
02:17and you also want to make sure that background sync is allowed as well. Once you've done that one
02:21will let you want to allow if you scroll down is for app installations. So if you just scroll down
02:27a
02:27bit, you should see one called web app installations might say ask, but you want to change this to allow
02:33now by doing this, you should hopefully fix the problem and allow Roblox to launch from your browser.
