00:00The players vote on them, and I think it's a good group.
00:02I think this year, probably more so than any year, a lot of guys received votes.
00:07A lot of guys received a healthy amount of votes.
00:10The seven guys were the clear seven, but I think it's a really good group on offense, defense,
00:16and then Evan as the specialist.
00:17He's a great camp, and so I think prepare for those guys to lead us.
00:22There's a lot of other guys that I'm going to call on to lead us as well.
00:25That doesn't change anything, whether they're a captain or not.
00:27I think we have a really strong collection of guys on the team that can really help push us the
00:33way we want to go.
00:34Those two, Boye, Jonathan Allen, they haven't been afraid to walk in here and lead by example and speak.
00:41I should say speak.
00:44They earned it through their play and training camp and through their preparation in the offseason,
00:48but they weren't afraid to come in here and just earn their voice a little bit.
00:52They know they've earned their voice from their play.
00:54That's why they're here.
00:55That's why we paid them that money.
00:56That's why we handpicked those guys to come in here and help us.
00:59And so it's good for me to see that they're not just tiptoeing their way through.
01:01We don't have time for that.
01:02We need to get going now.
