00:42Asri's lawyer objected, arguing that Nawawi's financial situation did not amount to special circumstances justifying a stay.
00:49Asri had sued Nawawi in October 2024 over four posts purportedly linking the Mufti to GISB Holdings Sendirian Berhad.
00:59The High Court found one of four statements defamatory.
