00:03A helicopter has crashed near the Long Leleng Stolport in the interior of Marudi, northern Sarawak.
00:10The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia said it received notification of the crash
00:15from the Flight Information Service at 3.58pm on Tuesday.
00:20The helicopter, a BO-105 with registration 9M-LLF, crashed near the end of the airstrip.
00:29Initial information from the Miri Airport Fire and Rescue Services also confirmed the crash.
00:34The helicopter is believed to have been carrying five people,
00:38including the pilot and medical personnel from the Flying Doctor Service program.
