Former Lembaga Tabung Haji chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim will be charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Wednesday (Sept 9) under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009.

00:4223, Subsection 1 of the M.A.C.C. Act, which relates to using office or position for gratification.
00:50Published on July 29, the RCI report examined Tabung Haji's management and operations between 2014
00:58and 2020. It recommended a forensic audit of past investment decisions that contributed
01:04to a significant decline in the institution's asset value. The report also uncovered suspicious
01:11transactions and instances of information being concealed.
