00:00We are outraged that we even have to be here 25 years later, demanding truth, justice, and accountability.
00:1025 years is far too long for anyone to have to wait for justice,
00:17let alone the most consequential and devastating attack on this country's history.
00:22Our FBI, two weeks after 9-11, seized documents from the United Kingdom.
00:29On behalf of the United Kingdom, Scotland Yard, NPS police raided Omar El-Bayoumi's flat in Birmingham, England.
00:40And what they found should shock everybody.
00:43Omar El-Bayoumi, our own FBI, calls him a Saudi intelligence asset.
00:48He had in his possession a notebook.
00:52On that notebook was a sketch of a plane.
00:54Next to that was an algorithm.
00:57FBI aviation analysts say that algorithm is how you would descend a flight at a certain rate of descent to
01:04hit a target on the horizon.
01:06He has that, but he also has, on videotape, himself hosting two of the lead 9-11 hijackers, Hazmi and
01:16Midhar.
01:16He's hosting them at a party, and he's on record, and he says to the people in attendance at the
01:23party,
01:23these two are our special guests of honor.
01:27They will be traveling soon.
01:29They are here on a mission, on a spiritual mission.
01:32They will be going to Allah soon.
01:34And if that's not enough, he also has a videotape of himself casing the United States Capitol building.
01:42And on video, he says, this is where the decisions are made.
01:47This is where the senators come.
01:49And he's talking about the support structures, the ingresses and the egresses.
01:54FBI analysts say this is a classic casing video.
01:57And on the video, he talks about the plan.
02:02Well, what plan are you talking about, Bayoumi?
02:04Do we think Omar al-Bayoumi was ever held responsible?
02:07Do we think he was ever even questioned or prosecuted?
02:10No.
02:11He's living free.
02:12These are no longer just our words.
02:14A federal judge has looked at the totality of the evidence and has greenlit a trial
02:21for the 9-11 families against Saudi Arabia.
02:24Saudi Arabia is going to court.
02:26A federal judge greenlighted a court, a court case.
02:29We have a court date on October 7th.
02:31Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has tried to appeal that case two times.
02:35They're desperately trying to appeal a third time.
02:38So on October 7th, we're going to be standing out in front of a southern Manhattan courthouse
02:42yet again, demanding justice, accountability, and closure.
