00:00Arsenal take on Napoli in their first game in the Champions League this season.
00:06Arsenal finished top of the Champions League group phase in the last timeout.
00:11That one giant group as the new Champions League structure these days, of course.
00:16Mikel Arteta will be hoping that Arsenal can finish top again.
00:19It does mean that their home and away legs are more favourable in the fixtures that are drawn for the
00:26knockout stages
00:27if they do finish in that top part of the Champions League league phase.
00:33I'm really excited. We know what this competition means to all of us experience of last year as well.
00:39So we need to start with the first game in a really, really tough place, but we're excited to start
00:45the campaign.
00:46The last three seasons, we've reached the quarterfinals, semifinals, now the final.
00:49What will it take for us to go one step further this year and win the competition?
00:52Let's start well tomorrow. That's the only thing we can do.
00:55Let's start putting in a big performance tomorrow to increase the probability of winning the game.
01:02Our waveform has been excellent in the Champions League as well over the past couple of years.
01:05I think it's only one defeat in the last 12 or something like that.
01:07What do you think, what do you put that down to?
01:10The consistency in the performances that we put in and the fact that we have been really dominant
01:18and even when we play at home with our identity, with what we want to achieve in games
01:23and never living and being convinced that we can do it.
