00:03bittersweet and and definitely an end of an era at TaylorMade and for Erina Marie Jones LLC. Mrs.
00:12Jones just passed away about a month ago and we had already entered the mares and foals into the
00:17November sale with the tagline and dispersal but with her passing it definitely really marks the
00:24end of the Erina Marie Jones LLC business. Their breeding program was just cultivated quality.
00:32It was very intentional. They set out to breed at the highest level.
00:40Seeing her in that winner's circle is just like it was just amazing. She was just one of a kind
00:45and complete lady, complete horsewoman, just someone to look up to. This is the last crop of yearlings
00:52and talk about going out with a bang. She's a smoke show colt. He was always a really solid colt
00:58but
00:59just kind of plain and in the last 90 days like he's just become such an elegant athletic charmer
01:06of a horse like I mean he's he's unbelievable right now so I can't wait to see how he continues
01:12to
01:12develop because he's really just starting to come into his own. The streak of luck colt he is just a
01:20sweetheart like from the beginning like he's just been a smart sweet horse and he's a big guy but
01:27we always like really just thought a whole lot of him and then obviously with everything that happened
01:32with Ted Noffi last year we were trying not to get him a complex so you know they both have
01:38a lot of
01:38that unbridled song old-fashioned kind of line to them they're they're more scopey two-turn looking colts
01:46so I think this colt's just matured slightly faster than the other one but they're in a lot of ways
01:51they're very similar. Sweet Kisses she's actually probably my heart favorite of all of them. I
01:59connect with her a lot you know all of Mrs. Jones's horses are always raised together at TaylorMade and
02:03so she was the one filly with four colts last year and she's she's a tough cookie. She's just amazing
02:09to
02:09watch. She's extremely athletic. That mare is her first two folds are both stakes winners at two
02:16and this filly to me seems very precocious as well. So Enchanted Ghost you know we have two
02:22into mischief colts in this crop and and he's definitely more of the heavy muscle just gorgeous
02:28stout into mischief that we all know and love. This cross with this mare is something that I think
02:34physically worked out amazingly. It's very very strong and very well put together. Golden Curl he's
02:42kind of a special guy too. As tappets go he's a lot more forward at this age than you see
02:47a lot of
02:48them. I mean tappets can be big colts it takes a while for them to kind of grow into themselves.
02:52He's been very fast maturing he's got a great shape to him already and he's very precocious seeming to me.
03:00These brood mirrors time and time again generation after generation with Erin and Marie Jones Barn have
03:05produced horses that have gone on to shape our breed so I mean I think honestly it's buying a bit
03:12of
03:13history and hoping you're going to make a bit of your own out of it.
