00:09He himself has said that he is on the ballot.
00:12He himself has said that he supports, he is behind Prop 39.
00:16We're not saying it, he's saying it.
00:17And it's become very clear.
00:19And this is a multi-pronged attack.
00:21This isn't the only way they're trying to suppress the vote.
00:25This isn't the only way they're trying to make it harder.
00:28They're trying to stop people from being able to vote by mail.
00:31They're trying to require the Department of Homeland Security, which is not a county registrar's office,
00:35to be the one that determines if you are an actual voter.
00:39They're trying to make sure that they are able to have a list of all voters from all states
00:45so they can track who should be able to vote by mail.
00:48They're trying to place some of their MAGA cronies in different county voter registration offices
00:54to be able to move an agenda not just after the vote is cast but before the vote is cast.
01:01And we're going to say no to all of that, whether it's the fear, the intimidation, the vote rigging.
01:06We're just going to say no because in California, as Senator Padilla has made it clear,
01:11we've shown that we do, when we register, present ID.
01:15We have made sure that we identify ourselves.
01:18And we do, by the U.S. Constitution, have a right to vote.
01:22A president, Democrat or Republican, almost never wins the midterms.
01:27We've got to change that because we have something going that's so good,
01:31we can't let that string be broken.
01:37So I'm asking you to pretend that I'm on the ballot.

01:49Because if we lose, you're going to lose your border.

02:22will say anything they can to try and stop us.
02:24But in this election, all that matters is that we are united.
