Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar launched a sharp attack on HD Kumaraswamy while celebrating the success of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Using the analogy of five fingers coming together to make a strong hand, Shivakumar said the Congress government's five guarantees have strengthened the government.
Referring to the MLC election, DK Shivakumar questioned those who allegedly cross-voted despite having the responsibility of voting. He also hit back at claims that the country would face chaos, asking, “Did anything happen?” Shivakumar further challenged HD Kumaraswamy, saying, “Will we be afraid of your blackmail?”
