00:28that hardened into routine. On the 11th of September 1944, Nighthold issued one of his last terrible
00:36orders. His men surrounded the villages of Zagnižde and Udora near the city of Stolats in southern
00:44Herzegovina. More than a hundred men were murdered and women and children were forced out of their
00:50homes and the villagers were left in ruins.
