00:00If you want to impress someone with your Excel skill, do this copy and paste trick that no one
00:04has seen before, where you're doing massive calculation by simply using a clipboard. Check
00:09this out. First, you're going to duplicate the values from the year 2024 right across to 2028
00:14like this. After that, you're going to convert percentage into fraction by using this formula,
00:19say equal D4, which is the percentage plus one, and hit enter. And then selecting the cell,
00:24press control one, and then change the cell format from percentage to general like this and click on
00:30OK. After that, duplicate right across the column like this. And then while selecting your new
00:36fraction, you're going to press control C to copy the clipboard and go ahead and select the columns
00:42in year 2025 to 2028. After that, press control alternate V, which is going to open a special
00:48paste window here. Over here, you're going to select a value and then multiply and click on OK.
00:55And there you go. All your percentage calculation increment is actually being calculated based on
01:01whatever you have assigned here right at the top. Now to hide this fraction, which is your prep table,
01:07you simply press control one, which is going to open cell format, go to custom from a category,
01:13and under the type, you're going to simply put three semicolon like this, which is going to hide
01:19your preparation calculation.
