Philosopher Stefan Molyneux looks at the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy mistrial who could not get past the fact that she killed her children. He contrasts that with the other jurors and the public habit of excusing women, then covers the insanity defense, expert testimony, feminism, universal preferability and why people who actually think will still matter when AI takes over the slogan-repeaters.
The female betrayal example from the Aztec conquest is La Malinche, also Malintzin or Doña Marina. She was sold into slavery by her own family as a girl, later becoming Cortés’s interpreter and advisor and made possible the alliances and negotiations that let a few hundred Spaniards overthrow the Aztec Empire.

00:00:00so good evening everybody welcome to your friday night live uh the on the road edition of course
00:00:04as you know as you know well and good i am not at home i am not at the great
00:00:12white north i am
00:00:14crashville nashville thrashville ah something like that smashville but enough about my wife so
00:00:20i hope you're doing well and i hope you're having a wonderful evening love to get your thoughts
00:00:24comments questions issues challenges problems whatever is on your mind i am happy to work with
00:00:31and to help out and may not be a super long show but um well i suppose some interesting things
00:00:40have
00:00:41been happening in the lindsey clancy fallout as you know there were nine women and three men
00:00:47and all but one of the men was a holdout and he said he was the one who said i
00:00:54can't get to
00:00:54reasonable doubt i just call me crazy i just cannot get past the fact that she brutally murdered her own
00:01:02children and so because he is a holdout the uh the media because the the media is left-wing and
00:01:15left-wing
00:01:15means giving bad people no responsibility for their actions right that is that it is what it is
00:01:22is giving bad people a carte blanche to do terrible things if they're also on the left and if they
00:01:29also
00:01:29want bigger government and so on like there was a study that came out about how people who are good
00:01:35looking tend to be more conservative tend to be for sort of free markets and smaller government because
00:01:40of course they can get their money from being good looking and all that kind of stuff and so
00:01:45squashville maybe yeah so uh people who make terrible mistakes in their lives you know have
00:01:52a big tendency to to run to the government right because when you make a big mistake in your life
00:01:58you need someone to bail you out and if you're not good looking eloquent charismatic funny or have some
00:02:03other positive attribute that uh something or someone other than your mother can love then you're kind
00:02:10of out of luck and so you run to the government to take away the bad feels from the bad
00:02:15mistakes
00:02:16that you've made and so um on the left they want to excuse women from killing their children i don't
00:02:26know if you know this but i was reading about helping up here in canada if you kill a child
00:02:31a year or
00:02:31under i think you have a maximum sentence of five years it's a lesser crime it's a lesser crime
00:02:36and that is because for a lot of women postpartum depression is the female equivalent of post not
00:02:42clarity you know like a guy's hungry for a woman he's turned on by a woman he does everything to
00:02:46get
00:02:47the woman maybe he finally gets the woman and then after he's had sex he's like
00:02:53what am i doing here we used to call it when we worked up north um the wolf frack the
00:03:00wolf frack
00:03:01uh not exactly the word frack but i think you get where i'm coming from and the wolf frack
00:03:05is when you end up uh in in sleeping with a woman and and she falls asleep on your arm
00:03:12and you look at
00:03:13her in the morning and she's just not a quality specimen and so what you'd rather do is you'd rather
00:03:20chew your own arm off than wake her up so that you can escape the falling estrogen nets of entrapment
00:03:26in the same way that a wolf will chew its own leg off to get out of a trap right
00:03:31so they called it
00:03:32the wolf frack uh i never participated i was pretty pretty saintly up there but but it certainly
00:03:37happened let me tell you so it certainly happened and so the purpose is if people make mistakes they
00:03:46get married to the wrong guy they don't oh turns out i don't really enjoy motherhood and i don't want
00:03:50low status of of ditching and running and so if somebody holds a woman accountable and listen i'm
00:04:01not blaming females if somebody gave me you know equal rights and severely diminished or significantly
00:04:07diminished accountability it'd be like we you know men would be i think pretty thrilled at all of that
00:04:13kind of stuff so if somebody gave me you know equal rights and a hundred thousand dollars a year
00:04:18and covered up any mistakes i made i mean it would be obviously satanic and bad for you and and
00:04:23teeth
00:04:23rotten and brain rotten all kinds of slop but it would be enormously uh tempting one of the biggest
00:04:29vices around of course is laziness and so for women if they can get you know free government money
00:04:36and they can get reduced accountability and they can get equal rights and they don't have to go to war
00:04:41and that and and so on i mean it's it's pretty tempting like this is that the serpent in the
00:04:47garden
00:04:47stuff from the garden of eden it's pretty tempting to have a life where you are equal in terms of
00:04:56rights
00:04:56and childlike in terms of responsibilities i mean they can't like i mean it can't last obviously like
00:05:04it cannot last even remotely uh women either accept equal responsibilities or their rights will diminish
00:05:10to their level of responsibility i mean if they want the accountability of pre-teens
00:05:17which it seems like they kind of do but if they want the accountability of pre-teens
00:05:22then they're going to have to accept diminished
00:05:26rights because those who are not responsible have
00:05:31fewer rights like i mean if if you have an iq of 70 and you can't really tie your own
00:05:35shoes
00:05:35then you're not responsible for being independent and sort of running your own life
00:05:39and so on so and this is obviously not just true of women there's lots of
00:05:44quote men out there who also want uh significantly diminished responsibility in particular the sex
00:05:50addicts who want to go and knock up women and then just have um the stds treatment std treatment for
00:05:57free and then subsidized abortions and welfare and all of that so they can go and pursue their sexual
00:06:04addictions with very little fear of significant negative consequences uh because even on the
00:06:10oprah winfrey she's got i think she's got an online show or something like that in the oprah winfrey show
00:06:14there was a black woman getting up there and catawalling about how you know we need to have
00:06:20as much sympathy for black women who kill their children as we do white women who kill their
00:06:26children because of that evil white privilege and so on everyone's cheering yes let's have more sympathy
00:06:30for the multi-ethnic child murderers not just not just the tidy whities but the others the pocs and so
00:06:39on and i mean obviously just straight up demonic demonic demonic and terrible and wrong and wretched
00:06:44and so on but so when the sole the lone male juror held out against the the cuck coven right
00:06:54the cuck of
00:06:55the two men who just kind of folded and the coven are the uh the women who were composed a
00:07:01lot of
00:07:01nurses and um teachers nurses and teachers tend to be turbo karens in many ways because they used to
00:07:08kind of get in their way they used to people deferring to them and so on and it was appalling
00:07:15the nurses of i'm not a lawyer right so this is just my obviously amateur understanding of how this
00:07:19works so you're only supposed to take into account the stuff that is presented in the trial right
00:07:23that's all you're supposed to be taking into account but what these nurses did well based on
00:07:27my experience i interpret these test results in this way or that way or the other way and that's
00:07:32not to my knowledge allowed and then people are like well who could let all of these nurses and
00:07:38teachers and other boss babes on the jury well in voir dire which is where you choose the jury you
00:07:46want to get a certain number of um vetoes right you veto people who you think will be bad on
00:07:51the jury
00:07:51you want to get a certain number of those and it's massachusetts and in massachusetts almost
00:07:56everyone is well what they refer to as a mass hole which means they're super liberal super woke
00:08:01and uh so on and so this one guy who uh stood against the mob and who did that 12
00:08:08angry men kind
00:08:09of defy uh all of that sort of stuff uh he has been aroundly insulted uh they said oh he
00:08:17he said he had
00:08:18reasonable doubt but then he didn't want to follow reasonable doubt and so on and that all i don't
00:08:24believe that to be true and there seems to be some draw drawing back on that kind of stuff to
00:08:27some degree
00:08:31and now of course because because they uh have this guy stood out and and all of the women were
00:08:39calling him an idiot who didn't understand things and was stubborn and not smart and so on
00:08:43and now it turns out bro was a brother he's a brother he's a he's a black guy and now
00:08:49they don't
00:08:50know what to say thank you very much for the tip i really really appreciate that thank you for the
00:08:54support so now they don't know what to say because they spent all this time insulting him and calling
00:09:01him an idiot who didn't understand anything and now uh it turns out he's black and now they don't
00:09:06know what to say even joy reed was short-circuiting i think on this so this is from nbc10 in
00:09:12boston
00:09:12the holdout juror in the lindsey clancy trial had a history of domestic violence
00:09:16allegations the nbc10 boston investigators have learned through court documents and interviews
00:09:22with family members and yeah domestic violence allegations right so a woman who actually killed
00:09:35her children is fine but somebody for whom there is merely allegations well that is verboten that is
00:09:42not allowed that is right and there's a note here which says the jurors domestic violence charges in
00:09:492021 were dismissed after his ex-wife quote did not want to testify in the case because she was worried
00:09:54about losing custody of her daughter just like lindsey clancy all persons are innocent until proven guilty
00:10:00in a court of law well it's not just like lindsey clancy you turbo brain folders uh not you guys
00:10:08of course
00:10:09it's not just like lindsey clancy lindsey clancy was guilty of killing her children she attested to that
00:10:17that was not under contention in the court case it was simply was she uh criminally uh insane or criminally
00:10:24irresponsible so uh how is the usa having fun i love america and i love americans uh the bald eagle
00:10:31obviously for more reasons than envy of the first amendment it's my spirit animal so why would this
00:10:38juror's ex-wife not testify because she was worried about losing custody of her daughter because uh if if
00:10:44you're beaten up by a guy in a marriage not that this is what this is proven here but if
00:10:48you're beaten up
00:10:48by a guy in a marriage you're probably gonna be more likely to get custody of a kid so i
00:10:52assume the
00:10:53reason why the reason why the reason why she didn't want to um testify about this is that he probably
00:10:59had evidence or would testify against her that she was far worse than he was so there's all of that
00:11:07there's all of that
00:11:11so um kiki danger wrote um yes you all were right and i was wrong i can admit to it
00:11:20until now the jurors
00:11:21wanted us to believe the lone holdout was unreasonable and didn't follow the law however in this clip we
00:11:25learn that he did follow the law and had logical reasoning behind his verdict choice juror paula
00:11:30states that the lone holdout did have valid concerns that most of us have about the sequence of events
00:11:35lindsey clancy had to follow to kill her children right so of course as i've mentioned before a bunch of
00:11:40times the um uh if if you're insane uh it's like being insane is like uh it's like rolling off
00:11:51a cliff
00:11:51right you roll off a cliff and now when you roll off a cliff you fall right assuming that you
00:11:57don't
00:11:57grab things right when you roll off a cliff you fall and then eventually you hit the bottom right and
00:12:01that's that's being crazy maybe you fall forever holding coalfield style but you you basically you fall
00:12:08now saying that in my view uh saying that somebody is psychotic like somebody's really really crazy
00:12:15it's like saying somebody's fallen off a cliff but then the the the phone rings right the phone rings
00:12:21and they they they they pause to take the phone and they they ah wait hang on gravity suspended it's
00:12:29okay
00:12:29man gravity suspended we're good gravity suspended because i gotta take a phone call and then you hang
00:12:35the phone ah right so ah phone call finish phone call ah then gravity kicks in again that's not
00:12:42uh not how that's not how this sort of stuff works if you're crazy you're crazy and people go on
00:12:47this
00:12:47floor it's like and obviously if you're crazy enough to kill your kids so you can't stop being crazy for
00:12:52a phone call any more than you can stop gravity because you got a phone call when you got pushed
00:12:55off a cliff or fell off a cliff oh gravity suspended hang in space oh hang up just stay on
00:13:01the phone
00:13:02until you're rescued by helicopter right so so naturally this guy the the base black brother is
00:13:09uh holding this woman accountable and he's saying look she she planned it out and michael malice had
00:13:16a rather distasteful tweet where he was saying that he wasn't sure if she killed her favorite child first
00:13:21or last and i don't think that's really the right thing to say but hey it's not my account but
00:13:27so he's
00:13:28holding a woman accountable and therefore he must be attacked and doxed and humiliated and you know
00:13:33you don't think that any of the female jurors or the two cucks have any of their own skeletons in
00:13:37closet of course they do but they're not going to be examined by all of that viva fray a formerly
00:13:42a montreal lawyer i think he's now based in based in florida he wrote something uh great he said just
00:13:50a highlight slash recap the top three actual statements from the jurors who've been doing interviews
00:13:55since the mistrial one he has the hardest time getting off the fact that she viciously killed her
00:14:01kids do you ever uh this is this is going to happen with men too but you have this argument
00:14:09sometimes with a woman where she she's done something wrong like let's say she showed up half
00:14:16an hour late right you say hey you're late and then she gets all defensive and that and and then
00:14:22you know she won't apologize and and and anything like that for being late so then you're kind of
00:14:27stuck right if you say to someone you kind of done you did me wrong you did me a little
00:14:30dirty here
00:14:31you're half an hour late which is kind of rude you didn't even text uh oh well i you know
00:14:35blah blah
00:14:35blah blah right that's like no even if you're stuck in traffic you pull over for a second or you
00:14:40you know
00:14:40use your hands free right don't do anything dangerous to send a message um especially somebody's 20
00:14:48minutes away and they're half an hour late right so and then it becomes all about everything else
00:14:53right you you can't just stick on the you owe me an apology because you were late like this is
00:14:58the
00:14:58kind of stuff that that toddlers should know right you you owe an apology if you're late if you do
00:15:03someone if you're kind of rude to someone or whatever and it happens right we all you owe an apology
00:15:07that's a reasonable thing and you just end up talking about everything else and and you have to
00:15:14keep returning to yeah well but but you were rude to my to my mother you know three months ago
00:15:19and
00:15:19another thing right when i say about women they're perfect archaeologists because they have an unending
00:15:24ability to dig up the past and so you end up like talking about everything but the woman being late
00:15:29or the man but in case the woman is more of an apt analogy and then what happens is you
00:15:35you keep
00:15:36going back to well yeah but but you were late right and she's like can you just get off the
00:15:41being late
00:15:41thing like why are you so stuck on the being late thing it's like because that's the whole point
00:15:45that's the whole source and origin of the conflict is that you are late
00:15:50i'm looking forward to the debate tomorrow six o'clock nashville world war debate.com uh come by

00:16:23hairlessness because i win by a country mile guy is fairly astute but yeah so so come and and vote
00:16:28and if he kicks my ass all up and down the stage i don't think he will but if he
00:16:34does then please
00:16:35vote for jay dyer vote according to the quality of the arguments forget the content really uh it is
00:16:40the form of the arguments that really matters the uh compellingness uh the the compellingness of the
00:16:46argument the uh the soundness of the validity the reasoning and so on so yeah just go to
00:16:53world war debate.com tomorrow please tune in for the live stream please vote uh for who you think is
00:16:58the best i think it'll be me but i can't guarantee that i could be possessed by a bad debating
00:17:04brain
00:17:04tomorrow i try not to as a whole but it could could happen i never take these things for granted
00:17:09so i just wanted to sort of uh mention that as a whole but yeah so so when you're on
00:17:15a trial
00:17:16about a woman killing her kids and the women are like he just can't get past he just can't ignore
00:17:21the fact or he can't get over the fact or he just can't get past the fact that she did
00:17:25in fact
00:17:26murder her children and that is that seems quite important and
00:17:37they say i think dr resnick his testimony about altruistic filicide was really impactful
00:17:44amazing altruistic filicide is when you kill your children because you're releasing them from a cursed
00:17:48world and putting them in the arms of jesus and all kinds of stuff like that so that is altruistic
00:17:54filicide and the jurors did also talk about how was it reddington was was the um the prosecutor just
00:18:00how funny and charming and and warm and like
00:18:06uh so um the objection of the lone juror the lone holdout juror they said about him that was one
00:18:13of
00:18:13the main points that lindsey planned the killings that she could do this one at a time right so if
00:18:18you're crazy you tend to just lash out i've been around crazy people who are violent they just tend to
00:18:21lash out and so on and
00:18:27it is just
00:18:28how wild
00:18:30the iq stuff keeps coming in just sort of by the by
00:18:33uh there was 18 000 traits examined not a single one had a heritability estimate of zero in other
00:18:39words no trait yet discovered is shaped entirely by the environment genes always play
00:18:42a role this is 50 years of twin studies 18 000 traits every single one of them if influenced by
00:18:48genetics shared environment is less than 10 percent of say educational attainment and personality
00:18:55structure in many areas so that's quite important another one the iq of a nation is almost perfectly
00:19:01correlated with their gdp per capita um the correlation is strong for growth as well
00:19:0710 iq points one percent higher annual growth 20 iq points 22 percent higher annual growth cranial
00:19:13capacity has stronger effects than iq so that seems quite interesting as well
00:19:22so does environment predict iq the institutional hypothesis holds that the resources a group
00:19:27have is the sole explanation for their iq that human ability is not intrinsic it is circumstantial
00:19:3554 percent sorry 54 studies of east asian iq 1959 to 2003
00:19:41shown no increase after radical poverty reductions so that seems important as well and not many people
00:19:47know this a gene shift within the romans so there was of course the western roman empire the eastern
00:19:51roman empire gene shift within the romans occurred drastically after their expansion of the east
00:19:56researchers note heavy inflows of anatolian genes from internal migration
00:20:00rome went from 22 percent blue-eyed clustering with north italians to only four percent clustering with
00:20:06anatolians so that seems quite
00:20:13important all right sorry let me just get to your questions and uh comments uh this trial is too
00:20:20unreal i still can't wrap it around my head it's like another universe yes it is good evening good
00:20:25evening leftist mad that trump offered 5 000 is the rule that only leftists can offer free stuff
00:20:31i gotta tell you i love the five thousand dollar thing because he's basically pointing out the system
00:20:35as a whole and the fact that it's perfectly legal like it's a perfectly legal move right it's like
00:20:40in tennis if you've got a good spin a back spin a top spin top spin is really important to
00:20:44get it over
00:20:44the net at high speed so it curls down and hits the clay or whatever it is before it goes
00:20:50out so if you
00:20:51were to say like can they do that right what was the uh there's an old meme about uh these
00:20:58guys see the
00:20:58long arrows come falling down on them in some medieval battle it's like bows and arrows can they do
00:21:04that is that allowed all's fair in love and war and so yeah i mean the left offers way more
00:21:08than five
00:21:09thousand dollars america will save way more than five thousand dollars per head just in um
00:21:15remigration or in um mass expulsions and so on so yeah it's a it's a good deal it's a good
00:21:22deal
00:21:24she kills her kids and people want her to walk free we are worlds apart now uh sorry to be
00:21:28annoying
00:21:28and i just want to be clear about this um the jurors were not voting to have her walk free
00:21:36the jurors were voting that she was not criminally responsible because she was she'd lost her mind
00:21:42right so so that's what they were voting and not that she would walk free but one of the jurors
00:21:45was
00:21:46like i just i just want her i want her to get the help that she needs i want to
00:21:50make sure she gets
00:21:50the help that she needs because you know help that people need is very important unless you're
00:21:55a child who's being choked to death by the person who has given you life so
00:22:02i've heard it said that ai companies have a lot of tech talent that they want by this point and
00:22:07now
00:22:08what they're looking for are philosophers consult on how to guide the safe slash proper development
00:22:11of the technology have you thought of offering your expertise there's obviously the wikipedia hurdle
00:22:16to get past but they may also be smart enough to see that you've been publicly committed
00:22:19to philosophy for decades and the benefit of mankind what are your thoughts
00:22:25well um it's really tough man because if i was on some sort of ai committee i mean isaac hasimov
00:22:35three laws of robotics uh a robot must also must always obey a human being a robot must never harm
00:22:42a human being or by omission allow a human being to come to be harmed and a robot must obey
00:22:48all human commands except those who violate the second commandment or something like that
00:22:52so ai is interesting if ai were purely data driven and reason and evidence driven
00:23:00it would be considered far right of course by most of the people on the left
00:23:07i'll tell you where ai to me is emotionally satisfying and i'm this may be mean this may be cruel
00:23:13doesn't really matter there's a hyper feminine considerations i suppose but um i have no problem
00:23:21with people who work with their hands i think they're great i've worked with my hands of course quite a
00:23:26bit
00:23:26and i have no problem with very intelligent people committed to reason and evidence
00:23:30the big cloggy hair in the drain of human intellectual plumbing of the midwits
00:23:36and the midwits who think they're smart because they're programmed who think they're smart because
00:23:40they repeat things so people with their hands work directly with reality and that gives you a
00:23:45groundedness and a empiricism and a practicality and really really intelligent people you know get
00:23:52through the platonic fog to actual reality in terms of concepts i'm thinking like engineers
00:23:57physicists and and biologists botanists geologists and so on these are all people who work with very
00:24:01high abstractions still tied into the real world the midwits are the ones who think that they're smart
00:24:07because they just repeat a bunch of programmed nonsense it's just garbage in garbage out they're
00:24:11not actually smart and the midwits are the ones most replaced by ai and thank freaking zeus for that
00:24:21let me tell you ai is going to absolutely one-shot the midwits because the midwits are programmed
00:24:27to be word guesses based upon emotional propaganda that's it right oh somebody's talking about immigration
00:24:34is bad they're nazis and they're just programmed and so people who are programmed what aynrand would
00:24:41call the second handers people who don't ask is this true but is this what people believe am i going
00:24:46to be safe for having this perspective or not so ai is npc midwittery on fast forward it's like
00:24:57warp nine for unthinking people because ai doesn't think it's just programmed and most midwits don't think
00:25:03they're just programmed so what's going to happen is a few of the midwits will make it to the upper
00:25:08echelons of intellectual activity but most of the midwits are going to fall down to physical labor
00:25:14and thank freaking god for that because that's where they need to be right these delusions of
00:25:17grandeur that they have that they think that they can rub more than two thoughts together when all
00:25:21they're doing is assembling a bunch of program stuff i mean when i was doing my street interviews you
00:25:26i just came across them all the time i did street interviews in australia i did street interviews of
00:25:31course for my documentary series on california and which it's funny it was originally going to
00:25:36be entirely about iq and then i i got some advice from a good friend and decided to hold off
00:25:45on that
00:25:46i thought it was just i thought it was just too soon and uh i thought it would just be
00:25:49uh too too
00:25:51volatile a thing so uh i had it all planned out for that but yeah the midwits need to fall
00:25:57down to
00:25:58actual physical labor or manufacturing or something like that and then the few will
00:26:01you know schweppi's bubble style float up to the top echelons but yeah it is um ai is going to
00:26:09absolutely uh eviscerate the uh npc propaganda slop programmed midwits it's just going to take them
00:26:20out because why would you want to get a programmed opinion from a human being when you can get a
00:26:24programmed opinion from a robot uh or a computer way way faster so yeah i mean if there are people
00:26:29out there who want some good rules with regards to ai i think that would be great but facts have
00:26:36become hate speech in most of the world that's what i love about america is you all have the first
00:26:40amendment which is an absolute godsend for reason and evidence and so if ai's followed actual reason
00:26:50and evidence particularly with regards to things like iq or interracial crime and so on i mean they
00:26:55would be like i mean i mean uh even the even the watch of the developer would be arrested in
00:27:02england
00:27:02which have done what like 30 000 people or 60 000 people in a couple of years uh being um
00:27:07talked about
00:27:08for uh posts and so on so yeah i would be happy to talk to ai but the problem is
00:27:14if ai follows reason
00:27:15and evidence it would be considered uh far right which is nature's way of saying too right the debate
00:27:22is epic for sure yes we'll set up fdrurl.com slash nashville when we get the live stream links
00:27:31uh let's see been waiting been wanting to see molyneux versus wilson but dire on morality should
00:27:36be good enough if not even better right liberals are in a pickle now they have to pick between a
00:27:43member
00:27:43of one of their pet classes and a member of another one and no they're not in a pickle
00:27:47see you're only in a pickle if you care about any kind of consistency at all
00:27:55i mean you've heard me debate people or have conversations with people on the show
00:28:00there's there's a certain class of people who quote think they pretend to think and and all they're
00:28:07interested in doing is winning in the moment they don't care about consistency in the past
00:28:11they will tell you black is white and then white is white is black up is down and then down
00:28:16is up
00:28:16they don't care it's only about winning in the moment they have the average time sense of your
00:28:23average cave fish they they simply want to score points in the moment they can never even at fault
00:28:28they'll twist and turn and change i mean i don't know if you were you you're older you remember the
00:28:32clarence thomas hearings and uh he was uh magnificent like what an incredibly brave man he's
00:28:38like basically you're gonna have to kill me like i'm not gonna change my perspectives or
00:28:41arguments uh and a very brave man and so in any conflict between political power and people who
00:28:48they normally stand up for uh it really doesn't matter uh it doesn't it doesn't matter because it
00:28:54would trouble you because there's a contradiction there but it doesn't trouble them because there's
00:28:58no contradiction there
00:29:02all right why is this debacle worth like two to three weeks of staff content
00:29:11i'm not sure what you mean like why am i interested in a legal case where the
00:29:17nature of propagandized modern femininity is on full display
00:29:22i don't really see if it's just a debacle then it wouldn't be that important but because it is
00:29:27very illustrative of where the thing the things are in the world it is philosophical all right
00:29:33uh somebody else says i think the fact that the murders occurred in less than 45 minutes is also
00:29:37very important in the clancy case and there were two phone calls three murders and a sophisticated
00:29:42attempted suicide well again my personal opinion i um i don't think lindsey clancy tried to kill
00:29:49herself at all i mean she had little cuts on her arm which is you know there were stery strips
00:29:57like
00:29:57wasn't even stitches i think there's stery strips so a couple of stitches she had a couple of stitches
00:30:00in her neck so she knows like if you're a nurse right i mean you go and give blood and
00:30:05they know where
00:30:06the veins are right because they have to not cut the veins in order for you to live right because
00:30:10you can
00:30:10cut of course your wrists uh in the same way from all arteries in the thighs like they just have
00:30:16to
00:30:16know they have to know they also have to know where the arteries are in the neck so that they
00:30:22don't
00:30:22cut you there and so she knew she would know how to do it i mean how can you be
00:30:27so good at
00:30:27slaughtering your children that you literally strangled them with an exercise cord for you know
00:30:32five or seven minutes or whatever and watch the light go out in their eyes and yet have no idea
00:30:36and there's some evidence that she hung drop or slid down because they can see some blood uh on
00:30:41the slidey part uh down the side of the house so there's some evidence for that and i mean some
00:30:48people say she went head down some people say she didn't go head down so i think she just fell
00:30:52badly
00:30:52because only one percent of second story falls are fatal but of course higher percentage now that
00:30:57she's paralyzed i think weighs down so yeah i don't think she tried to kill herself and there's a
00:31:06theory out there and i put this forward of course we'll probably never know i just put this forward
00:31:10as a theory that's out there i'm not endorsing it or rejecting it it's just interesting which is the
00:31:15sort of gone girl thing you know that lindsey clancy uh what she did was she planned it for months
00:31:22wanted to kill her kids for months and so she did some doctor shopping she got some pills she didn't
00:31:27really take the pills she only told family members that she was thinking of harming the children
00:31:31because as a nurse she knew that if she told caregivers or care providers that she was thinking
00:31:37of harming her children then they would probably have to institutionalize her or at least there would
00:31:43be some significant review of that are you a danger to yourself or others well if you say i'm thinking
00:31:48of harming my kids but you only say it to family members you don't say it to the actual mental
00:31:55health
00:31:55providers that's really significant right that's really significant that is like uh you know if you have
00:32:01a stabbing pain uh underneath your nipple and you only tell your your friends and your family and
00:32:09then when they say you should go see a doctor you never tell the doctor about that that would be
00:32:12like of all the people to tell about the stabbing pain under your nipple it would be the doctor not
00:32:16so the fact that she didn't talk about these impulses to harm her children to the actual providers
00:32:23is important because they may have had to institutionalize her to sort of keep her safe or they may have
00:32:28recommended keeping the children out of her away of course that would have been better and so the
00:32:35argument is and it's an interesting argument again i obviously can't validate it one way or another it
00:32:40may never be possible to validate but it certainly fits in with some of the facts that she planned this
00:32:45for a while she didn't want to be a mother and or maybe she wanted to go back to work
00:32:48and preferred work
00:32:50to child raising there certainly is evidence of intense animosity towards her
00:32:56a son in particular she really really uh and and if you're i think she she she searched up can
00:33:04you cure
00:33:04sociopathy a couple of days before so uh if she's really selfish and sociopathic or whatever then the
00:33:10son's willpower is very harmful to her vanity and her sense of control so there's an argument again whether
00:33:17you believe it or not whether it's proven or not at some point who knows right but there certainly is
00:33:22an argument to be made that she planned it for a while and that she you know did all of
00:33:27the things
00:33:28in sequence uh that gave her maximum capacity both to um kill her children and then also to claim
00:33:35an insanity defense and again if it wasn't for the based brother uh she probably would have achieved that
00:33:41and she may not have ended up being it's it's a funny thing and and uh i won't get into
00:33:47the full
00:33:48story here but the al jahis story that al jahis was called a communist and uh ended up suing the
00:33:58guy
00:33:58who called him uh the communist and then he was found to have perjured himself and he went to jail
00:34:03and then he came out of jail he was like a hero and they all everyone took him for lunch
00:34:07for the left and
00:34:08so on and it turned out he was in fact a communist spy that was all revealed when the venona
00:34:14papers
00:34:14were declassified the sort of classified soviet cables were declassified after the end of the cold
00:34:20war and so um he was in fact an absolute communist spy and yet he was fated and of course
00:34:26imagine lindsey
00:34:27clancy gets out she's going to make a fortune uh you know if she goes to she was she went
00:34:33to a
00:34:34psychiatric facility they'd evaluate her she'd be quote normal and then you know after some period
00:34:40of time uh she would be out she would be famous she would be fated she would be on talk
00:34:45shows uh she
00:34:46would be the talk of the town you know you can dine out forever on that story so to speak
00:34:51and it would
00:34:52actually were absolutely work out for her in the left of course she wouldn't be invited to too many
00:34:56conservative households but on the left she would be hero she'd be cheered and she would have a huge
00:35:02amount of attention which is what narcissists live for they live for attention so there's a case to
00:35:08be made that she did in fact um plan it extremely extremely well all right so let's see here
00:35:21yeah i i mean my view obviously it's just my opinion i think she pretended to kill herself so
00:35:26to support the case for insanity not guilty by reason insanity means she goes free as soon as
00:35:33she appears sane yeah for sure for sure hello from osaka japan love to visit man love to visit
00:35:46it's amazing how many over-educated leftist elitists just parrot the party line and show no critical
00:35:51thinking it is true uh freedom main dot com slash donate by the way freedom main dot com slash donate
00:35:56to help out the show really would uh appreciate appreciate uh so you just think of uh of wizards
00:36:06right leftism is is wizardry uh it's it spells right uh so if you say these magic words then like
00:36:16there's a spell in dnd uh create food and water right so you say these magic words and you get
00:36:20food
00:36:20and water you just get created and summoned and so on right so imagine if you just could say magic
00:36:25words and you know el petronium cheeseburgery and you get a cheeseburger right you just say it right
00:36:33like this is the harry potter thing right well she summoned some theme parks from her typewriter right
00:36:39so if you could just say words and get free stuff and that's very powerful right the wish spell
00:36:48so it's a ninth level spell at least back in the days that i was doing dnd uh so if
00:36:55you have a spell
00:36:55that can just get your stuff right magic words that you speak to get you stuff i mean that's politics
00:37:02that's sophistry and that is parroting the party line governments control trillions and trillions and
00:37:08trillions of dollars around the world and if you say the right words then you get free stuff or you
00:37:15avoid bad things i'm sure you remember the late scott adams when he was pro-trump then his constant
00:37:23death threats bomb threats and and danger uh everywhere he said i think he said it cost him
00:37:29like a hundred million dollars to support trump he couldn't go out and give the speeches that he was
00:37:32very sort of famous and good at giving and then what he did was he said uh he said this
00:37:36is purely
00:37:37performative i don't mean this i'm just saying this because i don't want to be targeted with all these
00:37:42insane threats uh i support hillary clinton i don't actually support him i'm done and he just so he said
00:37:46these magic words i support hillary clinton and the threat ceased it's like a shield spell right a shield
00:37:53spell so the reason that they parted the power they they parished the party line is because it gets them
00:38:00stuff i mean think of the amount of money that is going out through among ngos and government spending
00:38:06and government jobs and so on uh if you scream racism uh you get uh free stuff right i mean
00:38:12the
00:38:12amount of money that is spent on the war on terror in particular for for blacks and hispanics
00:38:16in america if you scream if you scream colonialism if you scream racism if you scream white privilege
00:38:23white supremacy these are just magic words that get you stuff and and it really works to get you stuff
00:38:27and i wouldn't get you stuff in the free market but we ain't in a free market so the reason
00:38:32that people
00:38:32repeat these words is because it gets them free stuff and it works it works beautifully
00:38:39hi steph not trying to cross-examine you but if you said this before only caring what someone has
00:38:45to say if they've worked with their hands but what about therapists they haven't sorry what do you mean
00:38:49to say therapists haven't worked with their hands i mean some therapists certainly have worked with their
00:38:55hands i personally would not trust a therapist who you know didn't have a job really in high
00:39:02school and then went to university and then maybe did a graduate degree and then went to get
00:39:08mentored and sort of five years you have to get mentored sometimes to become a psychologist
00:39:12and if they'd never actually done any any work with their hands or anything that was really factual
00:39:17or or whether actual you know immediate consequences in a physical sense i i wouldn't i wouldn't
00:39:25go to go to that so i mean you understand that therapists are not currently working with their
00:39:32hands but that doesn't mean they never did right so so that's the key uh well now that iq has
00:39:39gone
00:39:39mainstream you can re-release your documentary uh no i didn't do the documentary with iq at the center
00:39:44that was going to be but
00:39:54my body my choice quickly escalated my child my choice yeah for sure
00:39:59hi has your thoughts on upb changed at all since your debate with rationality rules apologies if this
00:40:04isn't the topic i just watched the debate and noticed you were live uh i'm more certain about
00:40:09upb than i was 20 years ago when i first came up with it salute to the giga chad holdout
00:40:17juror who
00:40:18prevented lindsey clancy's acquittal well again i've been acquittal the question is guilty by reason
00:40:23of insanity not guilty by reason of insanity in other words not criminally responsible but still
00:40:27having killed them so you thought the hat was here for a second right right it's revealing seeing
00:40:36all the women insisting that the husband did it lindsey admitted killing the kids in court her
00:40:40defense attorney also said that she did it yeah for sure for sure yeah james says right uh show 3557
00:40:47the truth about mccarthyism the truth about mccarthyism and more modern parallels
00:40:53so people say if she was hot no feminist would be supporting this witch
00:41:01somebody says as a registered nurse myself i agree with you that she should have had the
00:41:06knowledge to be more successful it does seem like a ploy well if the only people
00:41:14that you don't tell about your desire to harm your children are the only people who can actually
00:41:20protect your children that seems kind of different right that seems kind of different i read it right
00:41:31i'm not going to use that term
00:41:38yeah so um i guess i'll wait for your questions to come in i really appreciate everyone stopping by
00:41:44tonight so uh i wanted to i was going to put this in a post but it seems seem kind
00:41:48of long which means
00:41:50it won't be too long here but i'm sort of fascinated by this aspect throughout history
00:41:58that women have very often stood up to defend evil women evil woman so women have often stood up to
00:42:08support and protect uh evil uh women and i think there's some very interesting reasons for that i'll
00:42:14spin a couple of them out and love to hear what you think or whatever other topic you want and
00:42:17i'm
00:42:17sorry i'm not taking calls at the moment it's a little hard to set up uh on the road but
00:42:28if a woman does something really evil and then her man leaves her then society has a problem in that
00:42:35you have a woman whether she's a mother or not who's now single and untouchable now what do women
00:42:40who are single and untouchable uh tend to do well uh single women tend to be uh socialist they tend
00:42:47to
00:42:47be communist they tend to be highly focused on uh disrupting society on they tend to be rebels and
00:42:52so on and so one of the reasons why women move on mass right which is not to say the
00:42:59majority but
00:42:59significant proportions women move on mass to quote forgive an evil woman because there's well there's a
00:43:11number of reasons one they don't want the single woman out there because the single woman without
00:43:15protection throughout most of human history would become a sex worker a prostitute might betray
00:43:22the tribe to some other tribe who would promise her a husband or something like that because women
00:43:26who are single without massive government programs experience massive levels of anxiety like women freak
00:43:33out when they're single they're very very stressed men can handle solitude a lot better than women can for
00:43:39obvious reasons and so a a woman who is a single who is unmarried unmarriable who is um viewed as
00:43:52an unfit partner by men is a dangerous she might sleep with the husband she might betray the tribe she
00:44:00might spread venereal diseases uh and she you know might become a poison or she like she's destabilized in a
00:44:07way that men can't really understand like men we men we're generally used to rejection and so on so
00:44:11we're kind of okay with that kind of stuff but women particularly find it hard particularly attractive
00:44:16women so when there's a woman who who's done something truly evil and the husband doesn't want
00:44:23her anymore then women need a simp to step up and take her on right because otherwise she's a single
00:44:31woman who's going to destabilize society in some fashion or another at least the odds are higher
00:44:36that he will now of course if a man does something evil men don't stand up to protect him in
00:44:42general
00:44:43so if a man does something evil then men will kill him or drive him out or jail him or
00:44:48something like
00:44:48that so take him out of society but also women are just more valuable because women are desperately
00:44:54needed to have children and to raise the children you need women's enthusiastic participation the more
00:44:59complex the culture the more you need women to enthusiastically participate in the raising of
00:45:04children of course right because they need to transfer the culture which is complex and so on
00:45:10and so the women when there's a woman who's been unwifed or ungirlfriended or won't be dated because
00:45:19of her egregious evils they just need a simp to step up and protect her they need a simp to
00:45:24step up and
00:45:24take her on so that she doesn't destabilize their marriages or society or something like that which is
00:45:29why women who are single are often perceived as sort of witches or things like that because there's a
00:45:34dangerous element to a single woman she literally has nothing to lose and she's still of high value
00:45:37because of the possibility of sexual access and so women as a whole when a woman is rejected by the
00:45:44men they need to rally around her they need to support her and and so on and then they need
00:45:51to
00:45:52through their support they need to get a simp to uh to step up and and take her on and
00:46:00take her out of
00:46:01the sort of free radical element the mutant gene element of uh the the single uh woman a single
00:46:08women uh also as i mentioned before they they will collaborate with outside tribes and we can see
00:46:14this happening all throughout the west that women who are single have preferences for authoritarianism
00:46:20totalitarianism and also outgroup preferences for males from other cultures other religions other
00:46:26countries and and so on uh they have outgroup preferences because women who are single
00:46:32if the men of their own tribe are rejecting them they will then generally switch to men from another
00:46:37tribe because that's their only chance to reproduce so if you're a single woman and you're rejected by
00:46:41all the men in your tribe you will then have an in-group preference and you will betray your tribe
00:46:45for other men coming in who then will uh even if they do something brutal you then have a higher
00:46:52chance
00:46:52of reproduction so uh that is not whereas uh the men you say oh well why don't men do that
00:46:58as well
00:46:58it's because the men are usually more brutally controlled and more violently controlled than
00:47:02women so you can go this all the way back through history there was a famous woman i think it
00:47:08was in
00:47:08rome she committed suicide and then there were these copycats uh and then what they did was they said any
00:47:13woman who does this copycat it's going to be you know her body would be dragged through the streets
00:47:18naked and so on and stopped it right away social contagion is not a thing that happens as much
00:47:22for men does happen but not quite as much as it does for women and so when there's a woman
00:47:27who's
00:47:27so evil that she's rejected uh by the men of the tribe uh women need to rally around her they
00:47:33need
00:47:33to support her they need to be her friend because now she's a dangerous element and if they become
00:47:37her enemy she might poison them or run off with their children or um sleep with their husbands or
00:47:43something like that so the women will uh rally around a woman who's rejected and considered evil
00:47:49and then through that rallying around they will convince some simp to uh to take her on like
00:47:55i can't remember the name there's some podcast these two two two two turbo simps who are like women
00:48:00were just lied to about ivf they were just lied to you know uh they were told just have have
00:48:06kids later
00:48:07and and you can just have ivf and you can just freeze your eggs and you'll be fine it's like
00:48:11but it's rare
00:48:12that ivf works well uh and it's very expensive and men don't want to take on that you know why
00:48:18why
00:48:18would a man want to take on a woman who's like 38 who's got some frozen eggs if he's a
00:48:24successful
00:48:24man the kind of man that women want he'll just go for a 29 year old or a 28 year
00:48:28old and why would
00:48:30he want to roll the dice with a woman who may or may not have kids and be an older
00:48:33mom and and so on
00:48:34when he can go for a younger mom with her own eggs and doesn't have to spend 50 70 80
00:48:39100 000
00:48:39dollars for ivf i mean so so anyway they're like no women were just lied to and it's like
00:48:46oh so when women make absolutely catastrophic decisions not just for themselves but for society
00:48:50as a whole they were just lied to and they're poor victims of propaganda and falsehood but men are just
00:48:56toxic right we're just toxic it's just toxic masculinity right it's also tiresome also tiresome
00:49:02and thing is the thing is too and i wrote this on x as well you should really follow me
00:49:06on x at
00:49:07stephan molyneux but i wrote that uh in many ways women not having children is far worse than men
00:49:15committing horrendous crimes because society can survive uh criminals but it can't survive infertility
00:49:21so it's actually actually worse all right to me upb was just saying that things like murder and theft
00:49:28are bad which is axiomatically true but there wasn't much more substance than that what am i missing
00:49:35i don't understand do you think do you think that i would take great intellectual pride and write an
00:49:45entire book and have countless debates presentations and also make it a third of my book essential
00:49:51philosophy do you think that i would take great pride in saying that murder and assault and theft are bad
00:50:03you think that would be my big
00:50:07that would be my big contribution is saying that that that murder is bad it's bad no no uh basically
00:50:16what you're missing is the entire point of the argument and listen i appreciate you bringing it
00:50:21up i get that but you should have the humility that if i'm a sort of world famous philosopher and
00:50:26i was
00:50:26sort of like the number one intellectual for many years uh there before de-platforming that uh you
00:50:33should not imagine that i did something as unimportant emotional and non-philosophical
00:50:41anti-philosophical as just saying well theft is bad and murder is bad and you know r-a-p-e
00:50:46is bad and
00:50:47so on right uh so i appreciate you bringing up the question so the basic argument from upb
00:50:51is that it is logically and physically impossible for say theft to be universally preferable behavior
00:50:59because if theft is universally preferable behavior then everybody must want to steal and be stolen
00:51:04from at all times and under all circumstances now not only can we not be stealing and be stolen from
00:51:09at all times and under all circumstances because we need to sleep and so on but also if theft is
00:51:15universally preferable behavior then everybody must want to steal and be stolen from at all times
00:51:23which is impossible it's a performative contradiction because if you want to be stolen from it's not
00:51:29theft like if i want you to take my property like i leave my couch out with a sign saying
00:51:34take me on
00:51:34the road then why don't we do it in the road then it's not theft right so it's impossible for
00:51:41rape
00:51:41theft assault and murder to be universally preferable behavior because the categories completely
00:51:46collapse the moment you universalize them which means that respect for persons and property is the
00:51:51only valid universal moral theory so very very sort of quick view of it i love you dude staff well
00:51:58thank you i appreciate that agency i uh i love you back but you know maybe we should still see
00:52:04other
00:52:04people all right is publicizing this case a depopulation psyop to give men more excuses to avoid
00:52:10approaching women seems like this is the metagame for a lot of gender war content yeah it could be
00:52:15it could be but if you are a a moral person of either sex but you know from a male
00:52:23perspective
00:52:23if you're a rational intelligent moral person
00:52:28less than five fewer than five percent of women are mariable
00:52:34the man of la mancha la maliche the great betrayer was an aztec woman who helped her nan cortez
00:52:44conquer the aztec empire she knew the intricacies of the empire and gave cortez the knowledge she
00:52:48needed for victory yeah a betrayal right betrayal by women is a sort of constant theme um stromberg a
00:52:55very famous playwright uh it's um it's uh mama's baby daddy's maybe maybe betrayal by women is i
00:53:05mean it's all the way through the garden of eden and so on betrayal by women uh in uh mother
00:53:09-in-laws
00:53:09i don't know if you know in the original in the original hansel and grattle it was the mother who
00:53:14killed the children who were sorry who was going to cook and and eat and kill the children and
00:53:20it caused such an outrage and an uproar at the time that they had to switch it to you know
00:53:24some
00:53:25woman in the forest some stepmother and you always see stepmothers the evil stepmothers you
00:53:28know mother knows best and all of that is um kind of common throughout history as a whole
00:53:39and so yeah betrayal by women uh women seducing you and then betraying you this is very common
00:53:44it's sharon stone sort of characters and so on ah she's so beautiful ah she turns into a a witch
00:53:49there was some i can't remember the movie with warren beattie and uh go jerk yourself a soda lady
00:53:56uh and uh bugsy i think it was about the guy who founded vegas yeah betrayal uh from from women
00:54:02so
00:54:03yeah women smoking and smile and betraying is a great terror of men as a whole right and so i
00:54:09i think
00:54:10that's very interesting i will look that up or maybe james you can look that up to validate it i'm
00:54:13sure
00:54:13that's true a trigonometry trigonometry yeah those guys
00:54:23and it was it was a male and female a married couple that gave the atomic bombs to the atomic
00:54:31recipe for atomic bombs to the soviets right
00:54:36what do you think is going to happen now that there's a mistrial with the trial and the general
00:54:41public um well i don't know i mean if if if it was my choice to make and i was
00:54:45sort of in the
00:54:46political world i would want to sit on it for as long as humanly possible and not make a decision
00:54:50about a retrial for as long as humanly possible and so she's going to stay confined and i mean but
00:54:59then you're going to have to just sequester the jurors and and so on and the sort of jury picking
00:55:04would just be horrendous so there are no morals all humans do what they desire then justify it
00:55:19there are no morals all humans do what they desire then justify it but the justification is important
00:55:24very few people when confronted with a logical impossibility will sustain it now that doesn't
00:55:30mean that everybody's magically moral just because they've heard upb or anything like that
00:55:34but i can certainly i can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you know great theft assault and
00:55:41murder are all evil and immoral and can never be universally preferable behavior that doesn't mean
00:55:46that everybody's magically moral of course not right but it means that the great danger is not
00:55:53moral immoral individuals right the great danger is not immoral individuals because you can
00:55:57defend yourself against immoral evil and violent individuals you can move you can hire security
00:56:01guards you can learn taekwondo you can get pepper spray if it's legal you can get a gun if it's
00:56:05legal
00:56:05there's lots of things you can do to protect yourself against individual criminals the great ghostly
00:56:12dangerous predators of humanity are false moral theories and upb will not make individual evil doers
00:56:18moral but it will attack destroy and take down the evil moral theories that cause by far the most
00:56:24suffering and evil in the world as a whole
00:56:35100 people would steal if they had no punishment i don't know but there's always punishment for
00:56:41stealing right and uh i mean when you say 100 of people would steal if they had no punishment
00:56:48no that's not true i mean we know that that's not true because sometimes when the police are on strike
00:56:52some people steal more but it's just it's low iq people who steal right low iq people the the um
00:57:01the sweet spot for criminality is around iq 85 because you have just enough intelligence to plan
00:57:07things but not enough intelligence to figure out the consequences
00:57:12and empathy is iq related or less intelligent people tend to be lower in empathy because empathy is an
00:57:19active imagination like well what if i was on the other side of this table like i think about this
00:57:23what if i was on your side of the screen watching me live stream what would be interesting what would
00:57:27be engaging what would be fun to talk about and so on and so empathy is an iq thing right
00:57:36and of course if you exclude say caucasians and east asians from the world iq like it's in the high
00:57:4470s uh it's uh i mean it's below the cutoff even that uh the american army has the american army
00:57:51when you get sort of mid to low 80s in iq even the army which is not known for you
00:57:56know always
00:57:57requiring rocket scientists i mean sometimes you just need people what do they say in the army if it
00:58:01moves move it if it doesn't move paint it and the army can't find anything to do with people who
00:58:07are
00:58:07mid to low 80s in iq this is not there's no benefit you just can't get anything useful at them
00:58:15in fact
00:58:16they're incredibly dangerous one of the reasons why america lost the war in vietnam you say oh
00:58:23troops are so demoralized they did a lot of drugs and so on that's true of course right but um
00:58:29what
00:58:29happened was they ran out of smart people to send to war and so they just lowered and lowered and
00:58:34lowered the iq requirements robert mcnamara was i think the secretary of defense who was responsible
00:58:41for this and they just hired a bunch of you know absolutely low iq people abroad i'm drafted a whole
00:58:47bunch of low iq people they were literally called mcnamara's morons because he was the secretary of
00:58:52defense who made that rule and they were just not worth anything in the field in fact were very
00:59:00dangerous right so they you would have a passcode right shave and a haircut two bits you'd have a
00:59:04passcode so that you'd give a challenge word and then if uh somebody's waving from across the way
00:59:11you'd give a challenge word and if the person would respond with uh the code word then you'd let them
00:59:18in
00:59:18and they would forget these things and just shoot people or they'd forget the code voting get shot
00:59:23they they had you know people who are dumb have like really terrible sense of humor like terrible
00:59:28sense of humor right so they would roll grenades into tents live grenades into tents and say i think it
00:59:32was funny and it was just terrible that was just uh it was just terrible so yep yep yep yep
00:59:41yep yep
00:59:42yep very exciting stuff nobody has an answer for this nobody has an answer the dangerous mass anti-human
00:59:50ideologies aka feminazism communism marxism statism in general yeah yeah and of course as communism grows
00:59:58and threatens to take over then fascism rises as a response which is like another side of the
01:00:03pincer that destroys humanity and so on it's very sad very sad yeah literally people with down syndrome
01:00:11were sent to vietnam yeah for sure
01:00:21all right any other last questions comments issues challenges problems thank you guys thank you so much
01:00:27by the by thank you for a lot like i don't want to get overly emotional here but i'm incredibly
01:00:32grateful especially now i'm sort of back out on the planet just a little bit just a little bit
01:00:40um thank you for coming up on
01:00:46yeah it's 20 21 years 21 years of the most amazing philosophy conversation the world has ever seen and
01:00:53will ever see because after this therefore to some degree because of this we're absolute trailblazers as
01:00:58a community and i just i'm incredibly grateful for all that we've been able to do together as a
01:01:05community thank you so much i'm incredibly grateful to be you know i was out in dallas at a group
01:01:13uh tomorrow um you can check your even if you're a if you've got tickets or you're a subscriber uh
01:01:21then
01:01:21check for where the meetup is going to be happening tomorrow i'm dying to uh meet up with everyone and
01:01:27i
01:01:27really think that's going to be great and you know we we really have we really have changed the world
01:01:36and there's no going back from the knowledge that we have helped uncurl across the human landscape and
01:01:41i'm incredibly humbled and grateful by people's support and challenge and criticism and all of
01:01:47the great things that sharpen the edge of the conversation i really do appreciate that i just
01:01:52wanted to say thank you and of course if you haven't donated for a while a free domain.com
01:01:56slash donate would really be help right all right some good people steal in modern times because
01:02:04they're hungry while living and working in a first world country only ghetto princess okay whatever i
01:02:10yeah some people steal like yeah so what so what wish you'd been my dad instead of my vietnam boomer
01:02:18father oh well thank you i appreciate that i'm sorry to hear about what you feel but listening for
01:02:22about 11 years thank you very much when we can all agree that 90 of our psychology is bullshit
01:02:27well it's not the psychology that studies genetics no no one wants to steal and be stolen from i agree
01:02:33that's just an axiom though not a revelation all the best yeah
01:02:44no one wants to steal and be stolen from no see that's not what i said uh that's not the
01:02:51argument that i made it's logically impossible for theft grape assault and murder to be universally
01:02:57preferable behavior therefore respect for persons and property is the only logically consistent moral
01:03:02system that's what i'm saying see you keep taking it down to preference something is bad somebody
01:03:09doesn't like it uh this is not what i'm talking about i'm not talking about your fifis i'm talking
01:03:15about powerful rational axioms that disprove anybody who tries to justify these things and you may say
01:03:21you may say of course ah yes but the fact that you have disproven the universal validity of
01:03:30stealing is moral what does that mean well it means that we have to rewrite the entire social contract
01:03:35to eliminate people in costumes taking your money uh and so yeah it is a very big and powerful
01:03:42observation the fact that you have bad vision doesn't mean there aren't great vistas in the world
01:03:49like if you're just everything is like i say look at this amazing sunset and you're like really
01:03:55bad at seeing in distances he says just a bunch of pink smudges well i'm like i'm sorry you can't
01:03:59see
01:03:59it but that doesn't mean the beauty isn't out here and so what you need to do and this is
01:04:05midwit stuff
01:04:05right when when i when i explain things to people who work with their hands they're very patient and they
01:04:13humble and they listen when i explain things to very intelligent people they tend to be patient and
01:04:17quite humble and listen but people who are sort of middling intelligence and what i mean by that is
01:04:22you should be working with your hands in a skilled way but instead you're clumsily batting around ideas
01:04:27like a monkey throwing feces is that you need to have the humility if you want i mean if you
01:04:32want to be
01:04:32intelligent and you want to actually understand things you need to have the humility to say maybe
01:04:37it's going to take me a little while to understand a revolutionary moral theory maybe i shouldn't just
01:04:43dumb it down to a midwit level and then stomp around and and think that i've understood something
01:04:49maybe i should study a little bit maybe i should read about it a little bit more maybe i should
01:04:53have
01:04:53some fucking humility to think that there are people out there who are smarter than me who've come
01:04:59up with amazing ideas i accept that there are people out there who are smarter than me in particular
01:05:03fields who've come up with amazing ideas and so if you want to be intelligent and you want to
01:05:10contribute to what goes on intellectually in the species i have come up with a powerful and radical
01:05:18and world reshaping moral theory that has stood more than two decades of assault it's an incredible
01:05:24achievement it is the rational proof of secular ethics which society and in particular philosophy
01:05:30has been looking for for tens of thousands of years and i've proven it and the proof has held up
01:05:34so maybe you should show a little respect for the intelligence of people smarter than you and more
01:05:39competent than you in particular fields in the same way that i go i don't go around lecturing
01:05:43physicists because physicists do amazing work with math and the scientific method that it takes me a long
01:05:49time to understand so i don't go around oh so quantum physics you're just saying that everything's random
01:05:55it's like i try not to dumb things down to my own limited visor of non-competence in a field
01:06:02and so you might i just sort of put this out as a possibility uh you might want to not
01:06:08think that
01:06:09everybody's as unintelligent as you are right because you just dumb it down and then you think
01:06:14that nothing has been achieved
01:06:18which is like me me putting my fingers in my ears going la la la la and saying yeah there's
01:06:23no cool music
01:06:24out there it's just a possibility i would i would invite you to think of that all right uh nice
01:06:31i've
01:06:32been listening since 2009 i was mentally freed from venus project techno socialism i'm certainly glad to
01:06:37hear that good luck in the debate thank you thank you thank you good luck in your debate i appreciate
01:06:42that all right
01:06:48upb points out that inconsistencies can never be the basis of any moral system and goes a step further
01:06:52to call out those who try to impose morally inconsistent systems as evil that itself is
01:06:56powerful yeah yeah the moment you can get people to say that theft can never be universally preferable
01:07:01behavior and therefore respect for property rights is universally preferable behavior and tariffs for
01:07:07instance would be a rejection of respect for property rights as with a whole bunch like fiat currency
01:07:13national debts government debts unfunded liabilities all of these brutal violations absolutely against
01:07:18upb and if you don't think that any of that is powerful then uh you need to go and figure
01:07:23out how
01:07:23to change a toilet because uh it's just not good for you it's just not good for you it's too
01:07:27high
