00:00The Rayneo GT Max has landed at IFA 2026 and they give my favourite XR glasses a run for their

00:05The smart specs are a wearable Full HD display, connect them to a USB device like your phone,
00:11a Steam Deck or a laptop, and its screen will be projected virtually in front of you on a vivid
00:15micro OLED screen. Two things make the GT Max special. The first is its new, bigger audio
00:20drivers, allowing for richer sound and more impactful bass than what other smart specs can
00:25achieve. Couple this with Bang and Olufsen's tuning expertise and the sound is pretty darn impressive.
00:30The other is Rayneo's new optical engine, which mimics the prism adopted by the incredible
00:35Xreal One Pros, my current favourites. The flatter design leads to fewer reflections, distracting you
00:41while you watch content through them, and increases the field of view to allow for a much larger virtual
00:45image. Combined with the GT Max's world first Dolby Vision support in glasses, it's clear these are
00:52Rayneo's best XR glasses to date. They're also fairly affordable, coming in at just $429 compared to
00:59Xreal's $599. I'll need to spend a little longer with them, but early impressions are the new Rayneo
