00:49On Friday, the division said Yang Dipetuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim had consented to defer Najib's application to the next FTPB

01:00PAS then urged Putrajaya to explain why the application was deferred, saying the matter was of public interest.
01:08However, proceedings of the pardons board are classified under the Official Secrets Act.
01:15Najib was convicted six years ago of misappropriating RM42 million in SRC international funds.
01:23His 12-year jail term was later reduced to six years and his RM210 million fine to RM50 million.
