00:15Some of the other churches were not necessary, especially the one that required a huge climb

00:23The driver spent a great deal of time on his cell phone, not hands-free, and he was also

00:31We didn't enjoy the restaurant chosen for lunch.
00:34Would have preferred stopping in an area with a few choices e-food court, and buying our
00:40own lunch, like some of the passengers did.
00:43Longer time to explore local artisans would have been enjoyed, 30 minutes was not enough.
00:49Too much time spent in traffic on the weekend spoiled the tour.

01:07The tour was in both English, and Spanish, which made it a bit slower than I would have liked.
01:13Unfortunately we had a very small minibus which was packed with all seats taken.
01:17As one of the last to board, we ended up with seats over the wheel arch which was very cramped
01:23and uncomfortable.

02:10They said the trip was nice.
02:12In their case, the tour included lunch, but not drinks.
02:17I didn't like that, because it wasn't clearly stated.
02:20The other thing that bothered me was that they were dropped off at a different spot than

02:27The guides asked them beforehand, but they didn't know the way, so they agreed.
02:32Otherwise, the trip was pleasant, the guides were attentive, and the lunch was delicious.

03:34The tour of Santa Iglesia Basilica-Catedral Puebla was spiritual and enlightening.
03:40It is a beautiful building.
03:42Also, the walking tour of Old Puebla gave all a chance to adore the beautiful architecture.
03:48I can't leave without complimenting my tour guides.
03:52They were amazing and patient.
03:54They explained everything in English and Spanish.
03:58There was a beautiful place in English.
03:59So the first thing was the way to do, and the family was very close.
