00:34finally got to the cenote it felt so good to jump into the water the cenote was gorgeous set on

00:41really beautiful property with fun tequila tasting by the coffee one it was the best we stopped for
00:48lunch at this really cool buffet with shopping and photo spots available they took our picture
00:54and put in on a bottle of mezcal as a souvenir cost was about 30 us dollars and was a

01:01remember the trip my only caution is to be careful when shopping in the store the workers follow you
01:07around ask if you speak english and create invoices for you my sister overheard one of the workers
01:14telling another to charge more i bought three items the mayan name offered by our tour guide which was
01:2135 us dollars an ornament that was 22 us dollars and a magnet that i forgot to get the price

01:28and walked out spending 86 us dollars meaning they charged me 29 for a magnet it was such a wonderful
01:37trip and this felt like a huge turn off it made me wonder if we were getting scammed everywhere that
01:43we were buying gifts and we actually stopped for the rest of the trip this isn't at the fault of
01:48the
01:49tour operator but i'm leaving this feedback hoping they pass it over to their partners at this
01:54location also want to make sure future customers are cautious of this and check the prices before you
02:00cash out this was an amazing tour from beginning to end we were picked up in the lobby of our
02:08hotel
02:08and taken to the bus where we met alberto beto carmino and wilbert all three of these gentlemen do
02:15their job very well we were served a tasty breakfast on our ride to chichen itza and entertained
02:21by beto in a respectful cultural lesson we were provided a comfort stop at a very clean restroom before
02:28we arrived at the pyramid we were walked straight in without having to wait in line because our tickets
02:33were bought in advance our guide was beto and he was a fountain of knowledge but also shared it in
02:39a fun
02:40way he went out of his way to include everyone in the group in his talks and takes fabulous pictures
02:46if you ask him after the pyramid we had an awesome lunch at an authentic mayan buffet with traditional
02:52entertainment next we went to a cenote for a refreshing swim with more clean restrooms and
02:58changing rooms lastly we stopped in a beautiful city and were given some time to explore a traditional
03:04church and city square beto has a lot of knowledge and is extremely friendly carmino goes out of his
03:11way to make sure that everyone has plenty to drink and is comfortable wilbert is a safe driver and we
03:17never felt uncomfortable even though it rained all day sometimes very hard if you want an incredible
03:24experience with a fantastic group of gentlemen this is definitely the tour for you
