00:01Well it's been only a month since students last came and protested against Pauline Hanson
00:07but they're back here again downing their pens to gather here at the State Library
00:12and to march down Swanston Street.
00:15Speeches today have focused around resistance to some of Pauline Hanson's comments about First Nations people.
00:20There have been comparisons between her and Trump, calls to fight the far right
00:25and protesting not just Pauline Hanson but the entire political establishment.
00:30Here's what organisers told me.
00:32We think it's disgusting. We wanted to come out onto the streets, show that, show that we want to fight
00:37against it.
00:38We want to embolden other people who agree with us to come out, join this movement
00:43and yeah we're definitely not going away anytime soon.
00:46Now One Nation wants to cut migration by targeting international students and family visas.
00:51It's a plan to cut migration by 750,000 people over three years.
00:55Under the plan, student visas would be capped at about a third of the current intake
00:59and visas for families of both international students and skilled migrants would be reduced to zero.
01:04These students disagree with that plan. They say people have a right to migrate to Australia.
01:09Now Ms Hanson is yet to respond to today's protest
01:12but last time said that schools should teach young Australians how to think, not what to think.
01:17and if you want to protest something, protest why your parents' wages are going backwards
01:22and the cost of everything is going up.
01:24Students have said they will be back so long as Ms Hanson continues to dominate political discussion.
01:30And they do not end a lot of things.
01:31They have to be the same thing.
01:31And so we are going to ship this family in the area and the family and the family,
