Moonshot AI is expanding Kimi into financial services as major banks and investment firms adopt its models and integrated market-data tools.

00:02Chinese AI startup Moonshot said Thursday that major financial firms, including investment banks,
00:07funds, and venture capital firms, are using its Kimi models in AI tools, according to CNBC.
00:13Customers include investment bank CICC and venture capital firm Hongshan,
00:18formerly Sequoia, China. Moonshot also launched Kimi for financial services,
00:22giving users access to data from S&P Global Market Intelligence, Crunchbase,
00:26wind, and other sources. Kimi can also access SEC filings through Edgar and data from the IMF,
00:32World Bank, and FRED. Moonshot released its Kimi K3 model in July and has reportedly filed
00:38confidentially for a Hong Kong IPO. The company said it does not comment on market rumors or
