Macron touts relationship with Canada in visit to Saint Pierre and Miquelon

Macron said he saw the planned meeting with Mark Carney as "a very strong gesture of friendship" and pointed to the Canadian leader's blossoming relationship with Brussels.

00:55after Commission President Ursula von der Leyen unveiled ambitions of making Canada
00:59the EU's first ever associate member.
