00:28and integration in national life for our compatriots who reside or stay for extended periods outside
00:34of Cuba as well as their descendants.
00:36We emphasize the escalation of U.S. aggression against Cuba, the collective punishment imposed
00:40on the Cuban people, and the ruthless impact this is having on families and the population
00:45as a whole.
00:46There is no way to justify such a crime.
