01:02Gencorp is listed in Duterte's Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth, or SALEN,
01:07as one of the companies where she's a stockholder.
01:10Gencorp reported sales of 1.04 billion pesos from 2021 to 2024, but only a net income of
01:178 million pesos and had zero dividends.
01:19Another company, Metro City Chao, posted sales of 309.01 million pesos from 2017 to 2025, and
01:28a net loss of 3.15 million pesos during the same period with no declared dividends.
01:57Based on SEC documents, at least 8 other companies tied to her or her husband, man, Scarpio, had no dividends,

02:59The voting threshold has become a key issue in Duterte's impeachment trial.
03:03With four senator judges absent for an extended period, Senator Judge Erwin Tulfo asked the
03:08court to review how the voting threshold should be determined.
03:11Tongol says a simple majority is needed to move the threshold.
03:15This means that with 20 active senator judges, 11 votes are needed to amend the voting threshold.

04:13Legarda has stopped receiving her salary as she continues to be absent from plenary sessions

04:25Reuters cites two sources familiar with the matter, adding Trump's government plans to
04:29announce the sanctions soon.
04:31The Wall Street Journal cites officials who say the decision could be finalized during
04:34the United Nations General Assembly meeting.
04:37This steps up attacks on the global tribunal that prosecutes war crimes and genocide worldwide.
04:42The Trump administration has worked to undermine the ICC, to pressure the tribunal to drop
04:46arrest warrants against Israeli leaders, as well as a past probe into American troops in
04:51Afghanistan.
04:51U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio in July announced a campaign to isolate the court,
04:56calling on other countries to withdraw from the tribunal.
04:59Washington has imposed sanctions on a number of ICC judges and prosecutors, but has so far
05:04held off from imposing sanctions on the court itself.
05:07The U.S. has never been a member of the ICC.
