00:16but in something you can understand right away. Tons of payload and tons of thrust. The Falcon
00:22Heavy delivers around 2300 tons of thrust at liftoff and puts about 63 tons into low earth
00:30orbit. Only in expandable mode though. So realistically reusable, more like 30 tons.
00:36That currently makes it the most powerful operational commercial rocket in the world.
00:41And the crucial thing is, it lands its boosters, at least partially. Typically the two side boosters
00:47land. That means a significant part of the rocket can be reused after the flight. Even if the core
00:53stage is often lost in the process. When we look at Falcon Heavy in an international context,
00:58it quickly becomes clear just how unusual its position is.
