00:26After Rappler's exclusive report was published, the prosecution requested the impeachment
00:30court to subpoena the Davao City Mayor.
00:32It only vindicated the request of the prosecution to subpoena the Mayor Baste.
00:41Private Prosecutor Jay Tolosa echoes this and says,

00:53The younger Duterte claimed he had no knowledge of his sister's ties to GenCorp,
