A defendant claims the plaintiff bombarded her with more than 20 “weird” videos of himself singing and playing guitar — but there’s one problem. She can’t show Judge Judy any of them because she got a new phone.  When Judge Judy asks what happened to the old one, the explanation starts falling apart before it even gets going. Judy beats her to the punch with the perfect prediction: “Because your previous phone fell in the toilet! I knew you wouldn’t have it!”  The case may be called “An Expensive Kiss!,” but the disappearing-phone excuse steals the show.
