00:41I just want to make a statement that Steve and Jared had a very productive meeting today
00:47with mediators of Iran.
00:52Really mediators.
00:53Let's see what happens with the mediator for a while.
00:56And I think there's a lot of momentum for them to make a deal.
01:00That's what we're hearing from everybody.
01:03And you heard my speech.
01:04I don't have to go through it, but we've knocked him for a loop.
01:09We don't brag about it, but the economy is in really bad shape.
01:16And I hope they're going to do something that's really good for their people.
01:20And I think they are, actually.
01:22I really do.
01:22The other alternative is not an acceptable alternative for anybody.
01:27But it's an honor to be here with some of America's greatest and closest friends, allies and partners
01:34to continue our effort toward a safer and more prosperous Middle East special place
01:41that has become more special over the last period of time since I've been in politics.
01:46I haven't been in politics too long, relatively speaking, not too long.
01:50But I've got a lot of great friends sitting around this table.
01:54They're amazing people.
01:55I want to make sure their lives are good.
01:58Virtually every nation in this room has been outstanding.
02:02And they've done amazing things.
02:04And I want to express my gratitude to each of you for being strong and tough partners,
02:09for investing in the United States of America.
02:12You know, we have $21 trillion of investment and a good chunk from the people in this room.
02:18But $21 trillion, that's a record no country's ever had that.
02:21Part of its tariffs, but frankly, whatever it takes.
02:25But it's been, it's never been anything like it.
02:28The record, the old-time record is $3 trillion.
02:30We're now $21 trillion.
02:32So it's been incredible.
02:34And really, a lot of it, I can name the people.
02:36I can tell you how much you each invested in the United States.
02:39And we appreciate it.
02:40But the stock market's reached 80 all-time highs since, in a year and a half, which is
02:47a record all set.
02:48So I just want to thank all of my friends sitting around the table.
02:51We don't have to go through the whole list of names because we want to talk a little
02:54bit about other things.
02:55But I do want to thank also Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been fantastic.
03:00And the job he's done.

03:08Secretary, oh, Special Envoy Steve Wick, a very powerful man.

03:35We have two very smart people.
03:36And they're doing a job.
03:37And I think they're going to get this thing ended.

03:44The Iranians respect them both very much.
03:46And I think it's important.
03:47But I think we're going to get it done.

03:57Good job you're doing.
03:58So exactly one year ago, many of our nations met here in the sidelines of the United Nations
04:04to discuss how we could end the bloody war in Gaza.
04:09And almost the same faces were here, including my friend right over here from Turkey.
04:14He's a tough cookie.
04:15I'll mess around with him.
04:17I hope they translate this right.
04:20I hope we have a good translator, but he's fantastic.
04:23He's a fantastic guy, right, my friend?
04:28And the war was raging with no end in sight, Gaza.
04:32Just no end in sight.
04:33Because of the progress we made that day, we reached a—this was the same group of people,
04:39essentially.
04:39We reached a historic peace deal just a few weeks later, saving hundreds of thousands
04:45of lives.
04:46And with your help, the UN Security Council unanimously approved the 20-point Gaza peace plan
04:51we jointly developed, creating the Board of Peace, which is fantastic.
04:56And I want to thank the nations, most of the nations around the table.
05:01They invested billions of dollars in bringing back Gaza and helping Gaza, helping the people,
05:06really to help the people more than anything else, helping the people of Gaza.
05:11And it's been pretty amazing.
05:14We also got back all of the hostages, 100 percent of them, both living and dead, that we did.
05:20Both living and dead, we got them all back.
05:22And there were people dancing in the streets.
05:25Nobody thought it was possible.
05:26The people around this table made that possible.
05:29And this year, many of us have also been in close contact, as we sought to address the
05:35other longstanding challenge in the Middle East, and that's the Iranian regime's pursuit
05:39of a nuclear weapon and a nuclear bomb.
05:43And we're not going to let that happen.
05:45It's already ended.
05:46That aspect of it, in my opinion, has already ended.
05:50And the Operation Epic Fury crippled Iran's navy.
05:53It eliminated it, actually.
05:55It said they have 159 ships.
05:57Every one of them is right now at the bottom of the state.
06:00Eliminated its air force.
06:02They have no planes.
06:03Hit over 90 percent of its weapons factories and destroyed 450 ballistic missile storage
06:09facilities and 800 drone storage facilities.
06:12They still have some, but not very much.
06:15We annihilated its air defense systems, taken out almost completely, decimated its terrorist
06:22leadership and destroyed its economy.
06:24The economy right now, they're over 300 percent inflation, and their money is valueless.
06:30So now, as part of Operation Economic Outcast, and you look at that, and Scott, Dustin's done
06:36a great job with all of you.
06:39We're completely isolating Iran financially.
06:42And we're just putting the pressure on, because hopefully they'll do the right thing fast before
06:47it's too late.
06:47You know, it's going to be a time when it's too late, and we won't have a chance of letting
06:54them survive as a nation.
06:56I would like to see that.
06:58I can tell you the people around this table would like to see it.
07:01Some people are surprised to hear that, but they would like to see it.
07:04As you know, the U.S. Navy has cleared Iranian mines out of the way and channels.
07:09They're almost straight, and we're now facilitating the renewed flow of oil.
07:13We recently announced we have escorted more than one billion barrels of oil out of the
07:19Gulf.
07:20And that's not a lot to Tamim, but it's a lot to most people.
07:24One billion barrels is a lot of oil, no matter how you figure it.
07:28But we recently announced that we've escorted, again, more than one billion barrels of oil
07:34out, just in the recent period of time.
07:37And we're taking out 25 to 30 ships a night, sometimes during the day, but a lot of it's
07:43during the night.
07:44And the blockade is the strongest thing that anyone's ever seen.
07:47We call it a wall of steel.
07:49And our Navy is amazing.
07:50Our military is amazing.
07:51It's amazing.
07:53And we now have more oil flowing through the strait than at any point by far since the
07:59conflict began.
08:00And again, a big portion of what we've done, maybe 99 percent of it, is to make sure that
08:08Iran doesn't have a nuclear weapon.
08:10Those sites have been blown up.
08:11We may have to blow up another one, Pickaxe Mountain.
08:15That's, we're not seeing a lot of activity there.
08:17But if we do, we'll blow it up immediately.
08:19While this is all excellent news, Iran's terrorist attacks on commercial shipping and neighboring
08:25countries have shown the need to shift Middle East energy infrastructure away from the Iranian
08:30checkpoints.
08:31That's why my administration strongly supports the India, Middle East, Europe economic corridor
08:38and other places of the form of getting oil out, whether it's pipelines or anything else.
08:44And together we're on the verge of overcoming challenges that have plagued this region for
08:49decades.
08:50This has gone on for decades.
08:51So they called Iran the bully of the Middle East for 51 years.
08:57I would say 47, but I've been saying it for four years.
09:00So the real number is 51 years.
09:03And they're really not the bully anymore.
09:06They can create problems, but they're not the bully anymore.
09:08But they were the bully of the Middle East, and everybody was very concerned, in a way
09:15afraid, maybe rightfully so, but they're not afraid any longer.
09:19We continue to stand together.
09:22We are all together, very much united.
09:24We're with them 100 percent.
09:26And we'll create a future for this region and the world that is brighter than ever before.
09:30It's a region which probably has maybe the most potential of any region anywhere in the
09:36world.
09:37And it's not just the oil, it's the mines, it's the brilliance, it's the genius.
09:41I know these people, they're brilliant people.
09:44High energy, maybe sometimes too high energy, right?
09:47We could use the brilliance at a little bit lower energy on occasion.
09:51That would be pretty good.
09:52But they're brilliant people, and they're great people, and they're my friends, and they're
09:57doing a fantastic job.
09:59So we think that the situation with Iran could end right after the midterm elections, and
10:07maybe before, I don't know, you never know.
10:09But they don't understand.
10:10What they really don't is that I won the election in a landslide.
10:15I won all seven swing states.
10:17I won by millions of votes the popular vote.
10:22I won the counties by 86 percent, which never happened before.
10:26It's the highest ever.
10:28And the electoral college by a lot, by a tremendous amount.
10:34And I'm not running.
10:35Other people are running.
10:36Other Republicans are running.
10:38They're great people.
10:38And I'll help them get elected.
10:40But I'm not running.
10:41And I don't think about the election at all when I think about ending the nuclear threat
10:47for Moran.
10:48And I just think about ending the nuclear threat for Moran.
10:52And that's all I do.
10:53I think about that.
10:54And it has nothing to do with the election.
10:57If we do well, we should do well, because there's never been a time like it in the United
11:02States.
11:03There's never been any time like it.
11:06A man that happens to be sitting at this table right now said that a couple of years ago,
11:11said that a year ago, your nation, sir, was dead.
11:15And now you have the hottest nation anywhere in the world.
11:19And we deal with the hottest in the world.
11:21We're the best military, the strongest military.
11:24And we use it to help our friends.
11:26And these are great friends.
11:27So we're going to get rid of the arendra.
11:29And I think that they'll do something maybe after the war.
11:33I think it's going to go quickly.
11:34Look, it's going to go one way or the other.
11:35It's either going to we're going to make a deal or it's going to end very, very quickly.
11:39It'll end so quickly your head will spin.
11:42So I just want to thank everybody for being here.
