00:14The subject for today is the Tadrish market.
00:19This market is actually one of the oldest markets in Tehran and it became popular around seven years ago.
00:33That is the entrance of the Tadrish historical market.
00:40This place has everything you need, one of them being handmade stuff.
00:45And over here, those are rosary beads that people make themselves.
00:50These are, I think, lucky charms.
00:56You go down here and this is the main produce section of the market.
01:03This place has so many things that not even I know what most of them are.
01:08You have a million types of avocados, you have asparagus, you have things you have never seen before.
01:16Some of them look like sea creatures. That's how majestic they look.
01:22And another interesting thing I wanted to show were these leaves that we use to cook food.
01:28We call them dolme.
01:30Imagine dumplings but instead of using the dumpling dough, you use leaves.
01:37These are one of the handcraft shops in here.
01:39You can see these are coal containers.
01:43Coal is basically some form of ancient eyeliner.
01:47Incredibly beautiful.
01:49Every one of these are hand painted and these are tiny compared to my hands.
01:52I mean, look at these.
01:53Over here we have miniature teapots.
01:55Those are mainly for decoration.
01:56We have grinders.
01:58We have presentation plates.
02:10That's not saffron to make me and anyone in this world rich.
02:15Look at that.
02:16All those are saffron.
02:18All these are silver or some other type of rare metal.
02:22You can see a Pomeranian over there.
02:24You can see a clown.
02:25You can see a rabbit.
02:27You can see a duck.
02:30Those look amazing.
02:32And I'm hungry too.
02:34Now this place has been around for about 70 years.
