00:04Breaking intelligence reports suggest that the Russian Chief of the General Staff,
00:08Valery Gerasimov, has ordered to halt advances toward Kramatorsk and Slovyansk.
00:13The reason? We will see that later.
00:16We begin with an intense nighttime air battle over Ukraine, where a Defender's MiG-29 fighter
00:22bomber locks onto and shoots down a Russian Gerbera strategic attack drone using an old R-60
00:28air-to-air missile. The defenders have had to start using older missiles because the stockpiles of
00:33more modern systems have been depleted after five years of war. But technology comes to the rescue,
00:39and in this case, we see how. The new high-speed interceptors developed by the Wild Hornets
00:45Collective, operated by the 1020th Anti-Aircraft Defense Regiment on the Kharkiv Front, chased down
00:51and hit the Garan-3 jet-powered strategic attack drones capable of flying at 600 kilometers per hour

02:03alone. It also extends to the mission's command and control. The F-16s are also doing their part,
02:09like this one shooting down a jet-powered Garan attack drone using its 20mm cannon. Damn,
02:15I never get tired of hearing that sound.
02:23Just as I never cease to be amazed by the effectiveness of the strike campaign in the
02:28Horde's rear in Zaporizhaya, where the Mosquitos, besides taking out Ivan's trucks, are also taking
02:33care of deputinizing the air defense units tasked with protecting these routes. Those who obviously
02:40should look for a new line of work, given that I don't see them managing to stop the
02:44defenders' attacks on their truck convoys. Although I don't know why they try so hard
02:49to protect it, if we see the kind of ancient equipment they are, transporting, well, nothing
02:54that a little duct tape in WD-40 can't fix. Meanwhile, Russian gunners continue to zealously
03:00watch the skies over the roads leading to Crimea. On the logistics front, a Ukrainian resupply drone
03:08runs into a buddy who's having a bad day, so it proceeds to give it a little push so it

03:13continue with its mission to supply ammunition, food, and water to the frontline positions.
03:18As the saying goes, no one gets left behind. On the ground front, on September 22nd, Ukraine's
03:26defense forces carried out a coordinated strike that destroyed the hidden ammunition depot belonging to
03:31the invaders. In Juliapol, Zaporizhia region where defenders spotted a Russian ammo truck moving
03:37through the city and tracked it to a shelter in a warehouse. With the target stationary, operators
03:44from the 225th Assault Regiment launched a strike drone that directly hit the vehicle, triggering the
03:50detonation of the 6152mm artillery shells it was carrying. The resulting secondary explosions destroyed
03:58all the stored shells and surely ruined the day for some of the invaders in charge of the truck as
04:04well.
04:05Reconnaissance drones from the 414th Magyar's Birds Brigade witness the fireworks and confirm the
04:11target's destruction. On the strategic strike front, a dense column of black smoke still rises over Samara
04:20today, Wednesday, after Ukrainian long-range mosquitoes struck the Rosneft oil refinery in Kvibyshev.
04:28Overnight between September 21st and 22nd, sparking fires that remain visible more than 24 hours later.
04:34The plant is one of the largest refineries in Russia's Volga region, located about 900 kilometers
04:40from the Ukrainian front line. It is part of Rosneft's refining complex in Samara and has a processing
04:46capacity of approximately 7 million tons of crude oil per year. The Ukrainian general staff confirmed
04:54that defense force units paid an inspection visit to Kvibyshev in Samara and also to the Bashneft refinery
05:01in Ufa in the same wave claiming that both plants produce fuel used by the Russian military.
05:06So the attack was classified as an act of self-defense intended to reduce Russia's military potential.
05:13The Ukrainian defense company Firepoint reported that FP1 drones directly struck the atmospheric and
05:20vacuum distillation units ABT-4 and ABT-5 which are the same primary crude oil processing facilities
05:28that were damaged in a June 2026 attack which brought refinery operations to a halt.
05:35Satellite imagery released on September 22 showed signs of active fire around the fuel storage tanks
05:41located in the eastern area of the plant and on September 23, the open source intelligence channel
05:47Exilinova reported that flames had flared up again in the industrial area. It was not immediately clear
05:53whether it was a second wave of drones or a re-inition of the original fire.
05:59Meanwhile, the attack on the Moscow oil refinery forced a complete shutdown of the plant's operations
06:05as the two main crude oil processing units were damaged, accounting for 53% of the plant's capacity.

06:17Now, I'm bringing up the situation with the Moscow refinery again because of the impact it's having on
06:22the invading army's operations as the attack immediately worsened fuel shortages throughout Russia.
06:26Several regions have reinstated purchase limits.
06:3015 liters per volt vehicle in Zabikalskiy Krai and 30 liters in Leningrad Oblast,
06:36while Ukraine's general staff stated that over 45% of Russia's refining capacity is currently out of service.
06:45According to Ukrainian intelligence reports, on September 21, the chief of the Russian general staff,
06:51Valery Gerasimov, allegedly ordered a halt to the autumn offensive in the Donbas
06:55because fuel reserves intended for the military are being diverted to Moscow.
07:01This would mean the invaders will no longer have the logistics needed to threaten Kramatorsk or
07:06Slovyansk for the remainder of 2026. While this estimate might still be a bit optimistic,
07:13the fuel constraints dictated at the front are quite real and have been slowing down the pace of Russian
07:18advances for months. Mechanized assaults consume diesel at an unsustainable rate when reserves
07:25both civilian and military are being destroyed in the rear by Ukrainian strikes. However,
07:32the fighting has not stopped as Russian units continue to conduct localized infantry assaults
07:37along with glide bomb strikes while Ukrainian forces carry out their own counterattacks.
07:44Ukraine's systematic campaign against the Russian refining network is no longer a mere economic
07:49annoyance for the invaders and has transformed into a direct constraint on battlefield operations.
07:55The coming weeks will determine whether Mordor manages to supply its forces with fuel for large
08:00scale maneuvers before winter conditions limit mobility on the front.
