00:13today. It is infrastructure. And infrastructure that you don't control yourself doesn't belong
00:19to you. ESA understands that. That is why programs like the European Launcher Challenge
00:24exist today. And that is why ESA no longer wants to develop the next launcher itself,
00:30but rather act as an anchor customer and have industry provided. Just like NASA did 15 years ago.
00:39That is a paradigm shift. And ESA Aerospace is one of the first real field tests of this new model.
