00:06can see, he has 722,000 followers on Instagram and he's getting a lot of views on his content.
00:12Now, why do you care about Brett? Why do I care about Brett? Well, Brett recently made a couple
00:16of videos about praying, about Jesus, about church. And I think we need to learn about Brett
00:21and learn what he's doing because we need to know that God is moving and impacting people
00:26with large followings that are doing interesting content, to say the least. And ultimately,
00:30we need to pray for Brett. If you don't know who Brett is, we're going to look at one of
00:32his typical
00:33type of videos. We're going to go ahead and watch it so you can get an understanding of his normal
00:36content. And then we're going to look at how he is starting to come into a relationship with our
00:40Lord and how God is tugging on his heartstrings. It's really cool to see. But before we get into

00:54I'll be honest, to some of you, it's going to be really strange. Some of you will find it funny.
00:59But this again is just to give you an idea of the type of content that he consistently makes.
01:02Customer submitted a special request. Apparently, they're closing on their house tomorrow
01:07and they asked that they could move their service up a day. Only problem is, buddy,
01:13schedule's all booked and I only got one slot for you to go.
01:19That's that early morning, pre-7 a.m., baby.
01:23There's the for sale sign down there.
01:28You know, I can hook it up, especially with a strut like this.
01:40This is straight out the truck, onto the trailer, onto the property.
01:43Live action.
02:12Hey, he gave me 20 smackarinos, baby.
02:15Yeah, your boy got lunch today, boy.
02:17All right, there you have it.
02:18That's his normal type of content.
02:21So obviously not everyone's cup of tea, very humor driven.
02:25Sometimes he makes inappropriate jokes, but mostly clean and just very silly content about
02:31his lawn care service.
02:32And he's grown quite a following and reach doing this type of content.
02:36Well, as you can see, just on September 10th, very recently, a couple of weeks ago, he posted
02:41this video, which is unlike any of his other content.
02:45So check this out.

03:10Yo, I do not cry often, but I just got done bawling my eyes out.
03:14I don't know what motivated me to do this, but I just prayed to God for genuinely for
03:20the first time in my life.
03:22And I was pretty much just asking.
03:26I pretty much just asked for forgiveness for all the stupid shit I've done and mistakes
03:31I've made and people I've disappointed.
03:36And I just prayed for my family, my girlfriend, my friends, just wishing that they're doing
03:43okay mentally with their health because not everyone tells you everything.
03:50So you never know what someone could be going through.
03:52So I just prayed for all of them.
03:56And then I just got done mowing all these lawns.
04:00I was just, and I was just talking to God, looking at the sun, the sky, all the clouds,
04:10all the birds are flying by.
04:12And I just lost it, man.
04:15And I bought a Bible a couple of weeks ago, and it's just been sitting next to my bed.
04:22I haven't really opened it.
04:26I think I'm going to start reading it and learning about God and just trying to be more in touch
04:35with faith.
04:38And we'll see what happens with that.
04:41Just take it one step at a time.
04:43Wow.

04:44That is real.
04:46So this dude who's goofing around in his content all the time has a real encounter with the Lord
04:49and prays, like he says, for the first time, has already purchased the Bible and just hasn't
04:54opened it yet.
04:55And so it's really powerful to see this and very unexpected.
04:59Again, for someone with such a huge platform too, to just be so unashamed, vulnerable, and open
05:04about this encounter with the Lord, especially when his content is very chaotic and humorous
05:11and just completely different from this style of content.
05:15I think because people enjoy his content so much, they're able to be impacted by these
05:19types of raw videos that he makes.
05:21And this isn't the only one.
05:23This other one here is his response right after that video.
05:25So this is posted the next day in his response from what he saw everyone else commenting.
05:31And then we'll watch one more video, his most recent one about faith.
05:34And him actually going to church.
05:35I do want to point out too, that someone even commented right here, how do I get in touch
05:38with God?
05:39I'm telling you, this makes an impact on other people's lives.
05:42It is so cool to see.
05:43This is a follow-up video to the one I just posted previously about my first time reaching
05:48out to God.
05:50Just casually in the middle of my workday, I felt a calling to ask for forgiveness and
05:56pray for genuinely the first time.
05:59And I just wanted to say, thank you so much to everyone who left a comment, a direct message,
06:08reaching out to me through text, anything, email.
06:12I can't even, I can't even grasp.
06:15I really can't even grasp the amount of people who reached out, left a positive comment.
06:20It is mind-blowing.
06:23If you go and look at that video and open the comment section, it is very powerful.

06:31Everyone coming together to experience with me my first meeting with God, if you would
06:37say.

06:40And I just wanted to say, I love all of you deeply.
06:45And anyone who is worried about me may have taken that video wrong.
06:49I am the happiest person on earth and I've never had depression.
06:53I can gratefully say so.
06:55Very happy, grateful, and blessed to be who I am.
07:00So if you were worried about me thinking I'm sad from that video, you are mistaken.
07:05I was just in, I pretty much just got bombarded with a very blissful moment and it just brought,
07:13it brought me to tears.
07:14That's all I can say about that.

07:24It's, it's so amazing to see people coming around and supporting him and leaving positive
07:28comments, leaning into giving him direction with his steps towards the Lord and even checking
07:33in on him.
07:33The ones who thought maybe he was sad in the video.
07:35And this is why I wanted to share with you all.
07:37We need to encourage these types of encounters with the Lord, even for bigger influencers
07:40who are making any type of content, they can experience God as real.
07:43And that can have such an impact on their audience as well.
07:46So we need to be praying for Brett, as I already said, but listen to him going to church now
07:50and trying out this church and what he has to say about it.
07:53And you'll even see in the comments here, he says, he's been reading the Bible and praying
07:56every night.
07:56And he's going to different types of churches to experience different ones.
08:00And he's going on his own journey with God at his own pace.
08:03That's just where he's at right now.
08:04And I mean, this is cool.
08:05Like he went from buying a Bible to praying to now reading the Bible to going to church.
08:08Like he is doing the things that show the fruit of a Christian who wants to grow closer
08:12to God and get to know God as a personal Lord and savior.
08:15So I love to see this is so encouraging, but let's take a look at the video.

08:25Your boy's all alone strutting into this place all alone, boy.

08:35This place is massive, yo.
08:37I'm going to tell you what, this is a big, big, big church.

08:45This is a concert for the Lord and Savior and a mass.

08:48We're going to see what's popping in here.

08:53You want to talk about a praise the Lord in the form of music?
08:57They had a full-out band going crazy.

09:13That is exactly what I did not expect from a church, but wow, I loved it.

09:18They did a lot of songs in the beginning, and then the second half, the pastor came up and
09:22read some parts of the Bible.
09:25But yeah, that was crazy.
09:27I went to the 1 p.m. one.
09:29I can't imagine that at 8 a.m.
09:31Damn!
09:32Yo, if you like a high-energy type of church vibe, go to True North.
09:36Well, I'm glad that he enjoyed his time at that church.
09:39Sounds like there's a lot of emphasis on the worship and the music there.
09:43Hopefully, the teaching was good as well.
09:44But regardless, pray that the Lord leads him into the right church, the right community,
09:48that he continues to guide him in his word, bring revelation to him, that the Holy Spirit
09:52would just lead his steps, guide his steps into righteousness, and that he would come
09:56to know Jesus Christ more and more truly as his personal Lord and Savior.
10:01And pray that as he continues his faith journey and shares about it, that it blesses other
10:05people and brings other people to the Lord as well.
10:07Again, I just wanted to highlight this story because it is so encouraging.
10:09I think it's so cool to see this play out and to watch these different videos.
10:13So I wanted to share it with you.
