00:00I believe that our mess becomes our mission. I don't know if you've heard that before, that statement before. So
00:05whatever you overcome, I believe that it prepares you to be able to then be the light for others.
00:13So if you have been able to overcome something and you've been able to pave the way, if you will,
00:20then it's your duty to reach back and help others with similar circumstances.
00:26And in my case, I wasn't necessarily in the foster care system, but because of where there's poverty or mental
00:35health issues with my parents, I lived with lots of different families as a child.
00:42And because of that, lived with, attended many different schools. And it was a very unstable childhood, but it really
00:50became, it's part of my story.
00:53And it allowed me to be the woman that I am today. It definitely strengthened me, strengthened my character.
