मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर में BKU का बसेरा || BKU takes over Muzaffarnagar - A CCA Report

उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर के जीआईसी मैदान पर भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने अनिश्चितकालीन धरना शुरू कर दिया है। शनिवार को किसान ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉलियों में भरकर जीआईसी मैदान पहुंचे। इसके बाद उन्होंने टेंट और तिरपाल बांधते हुए धरना शुरू कर दिया। भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने अपने कार्यकर्ताओं के उत्पीड़न, महंगी बिजली और ट्यूबवेलों पर मीटर लगाए जाने, आवार पशु और गन्ना मूल्य घोषित ना किए जाने जैसे मुद्दों को लेकर ये धरना शुरू किया है। ज़िले के जीआईसी मैदान में किसान आंदोलन को लेकर तैयारियां शुरू हो गई है। किसान आंदोलन 28 जनवरी से भाकियू राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता चौधरी राकेश टिकैत के आह्वान पर शुरू किया हैं। किसानों के दर्जनों मुद्दों को लेकर भारतीय किसान यूनियन का धरना प्रदर्शन शनिवार ये शुरु हो गया। जो अनिश्चितकालीन होगा और किसानों की समस्या का समाधान होने तक लगातार जारी रहेगा।

Bhartiya Kisan Union has started an indefinite strike at GIC ground in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. On Saturday, farmers reached GIC Maidan by filling them in tractor trolleys. After this, they started picketing by tying tents and tarpaulins. Bharatiya Kisan Union has started this dharna on issues like harassment of its workers, installation of metres on expensive electricity and tubewells, stray cattle and non-declaration of sugarcane rates. Preparations have started for the farmer's movement in the GIC ground of the district. Kisan Andolan was started from January 28 on the call of BKU’s National Spokesperson Chaudhary Rakesh Tikait. The Bharatiya Kisan Union's sit-in demonstration on dozens of farmers' issues started on Saturday. Which will be indefinite and will continue till the problem of the farmers is resolved.
