00:28Ismail, who said he himself had not been barred from entering the building, declined to identify the authority behind the
00:35directive and said he was not aware of any written instruction.
00:38He also maintained that the existing EXCO line-up remains valid, despite the dispute over their appointments.
00:45Ismail said he had never been consulted or advised to terminate any EXCO member under Article 38, Subsection 5 of
00:54the Laws of the Constitution of Negeri Sembilan,
00:571959, he urged the authorities to review the directive urgently, including its basis and scope, while the dispute over the
