00:13The group tested FSD over about 400 km in July and found it exceeded limits in most
00:18tested 30 km per hour zones around Brussels, averaging 44 km per hour.
00:24The system also sometimes displayed a 50 km per hour limit after recognizing 30 km per
00:29hour signs.
00:30Videos showed FSD attempting to overtake cyclists on streets where passing was prohibited.
00:35Johanna.b said the system behaved cautiously around pedestrians and cyclists, but urged
00:40Belgian and Dutch regulators to reassess their approvals.
00:43An EU-wide vote on FSD could happen October 6th.
