00:15and it's like he's not going to read all the words that he said out loud and scoop himself on

00:19but I am very willing to dive into any Deion Walker talk.
00:22I'm in consideration for a jersey.
00:25I'm thinking, I'm not a jersey, like, a massive jersey guy.
00:28The last Bills jersey I got was Marcel Darius, but it's when a big man impresses me,
00:33and, like, this might be a thing, I feel okay wearing that.
00:36Even as an old man, I needed to be a big man.
00:39Like, I can't, me wearing a Khalil Shakir jersey is absurd.

00:45Yeah, this is the one guy.
00:46Josh's cliche, Deion's a big monster.

01:12And it reinforced the way I was feeling
01:16and what I was thinking about coming in here to discuss with you,
01:19which is I remember the first week we did this,
01:23you saying something about you don't think that it,
01:26you can't even imagine the Bills losing the home opener.

01:29I cannot possibly imagine them losing this game to the Chargers on Sunday at 1 p.m.
01:34I am completely, like, I feel like I don't even need to watch the game.
01:41If I didn't have to come in here and talk about it on Monday morning with you,
01:44I would just not even watch the game.
01:46Skip it, play golf, watch something else.
01:49That's where I'm at.
01:50This thing about Walker made me feel awesome about him,
01:53if nothing else, just emotionally, and that always works on me.
01:57And every single thing that I read about the Chargers coming out of there is like,
02:03yeah, I don't know, we got the offensive line's a disaster,
02:07and McConkie's wearing a Kevlar jacket
02:10because his rib's going to fall out of his chest.
02:13And like, rah, the quarterback doesn't,
02:17it just sounds completely apathetic and absurd.
02:21The head coach has always, to me, been a clown, like a show.
02:27And I'm just, I'm feeling like it's time to like stomp all over them on Sunday.
02:34All right, perfect.
02:35That leads right into something that I intended to bring up with Tim
02:39and didn't get around to.
02:40And that's why the show is four hours long, because not everything fits.

02:44There's a lot of words we're trying to use here,
02:46and we need a lot of time to use them.
02:48It is pretty standard operating procedure in this business,
02:53in media, in sports media,
02:56to week one happens,
03:00and everyone not only overreacts,
03:04the first thing we do is overreact,
03:05then the next thing we do is talk about how we overreact to week one.
03:09And we've got to wait and see.
03:12I think you can make a case
03:15that week two is a much larger overreaction week than week one,
03:21because now all the things,
03:23we're like, I know I see it,
03:24but I know I'm overreacting, so I'll chill.
03:26And then if you get a little taste of the same thing in week two
03:28that you saw in week one,
03:29now you know it.

03:31And we don't know anything.

03:47and then he does it in week two,

03:53in which the next 16 weeks of football,

03:57will change anything.

04:02week two validates anything that we believe from week one.
04:05And, yeah, there are some questions.

04:09are respectfully treated as a powerhouse
04:14despite what happened in Australia in week one.

04:17They opened the season on a Wednesday
04:18on the other side of the world.
04:21They, I don't know, for real,
04:23they just didn't care,
04:24but they kind of treated it less,
04:26like a less important game than the Niners did,

04:36was that a super impressive performance,
04:38or was that a nothing opponent?

04:43that 2-0 and 0-2
04:46really look like they're telling the story
04:49of the entire NFL season,
04:50and we have to take a step back

04:54from our opinions that we feel were validated
04:57through two weeks,
04:58and then we did after one?

05:07is that we don't know anything.

05:17that we do know about this Bills team.

05:20Josh Allen's a super alien,
05:22and he's going to be pretty much amazing
05:25no matter what.

05:36he's going to be awesome.
