00:00We joke all the time that there's members who spend more time here than we do.
00:03There's members who spend 10 hours here.
00:14As we saw people coming out of the pandemic, you know, they had the opportunity to have hybrid
00:19work or work completely from home. I think people wanted to still kind of have some social element
00:26to that, have a community feel to that. It coalesces the work and the social part. I have
00:32brought many meetings here and I have teleworked here and being able to just walk away for a moment
00:38and get a coffee or go for a quick swim and then come back to the grind. I can get
00:46here, do my
00:47morning workout. I can work. If I want to take a lunch class, go hit the sauna or steam room,
00:52have lunch, go back to work. Maybe we'll do like trivia night or karaoke or something and then go
00:57home, right? So you've spent your whole day under one roof. All of us want to belong to something
01:07and I think we check enough boxes that people find a home here. It's my second home. Sometimes it feels
01:14like my first home. It really fills in the gaps of what's going on in my life, you know, that
01:20I think
01:21it does that for a lot of other people.
