00:07it from the Indic traditions, Greek traditions, Abrahamic religions, New Age religions.
00:17From your perspective, which is unique and I've learned to appreciate it a lot, how should we begin to talk
00:24about the soul? What does it mean?
00:25You see, if the intent is right, then the soul is not really a harmful concept. The soul stands simply
00:33for the ego. But the intent is not very frequently right.
00:40So, soul and spirit, then instead of standing simply as metaphors for the ego, become useful objects or weapons in
00:52the hand of the ego.
00:54Soul then becomes, for example, the vehicle that will carry the ego to another body in the next birth.
01:02Soul then becomes the metaphor for the immortality of the ego. Soul then becomes the ego's license or entry pass
01:13to enter the divine kingdom.
01:15You know, it is the soul that will, after your death, go and unite with God Almighty.
01:20So, obviously, soul is an egoic concept. There is not much more to it.
