00:12he is the consciousness, you could say, inside everything that is there.
00:18And then another level, you could call him as the God that the masses worship.
00:25And then ultimately, he is the formless one sitting inside you.
00:31So the same word, Ram, is being used to address all the four different possibilities.
00:40And then he also says that it's fine if you go to Ram at any of these four levels,
00:49but it's best if you go to him at the highest level.
00:54Which is the ultimate truth.
00:56Which is the ultimate non-dual truth.
00:58It says,
