01:14the cops while screaming. Officers Joseph O'Connor and Stephen Darcy then fired off three rounds at
01:20Cisneros, causing her to collapse forward onto the sidewalk. The knife-wielding maniac was rushed to
01:26a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Cisneros had a documented mental health history
01:31with the police, including a suicide attempt.
