00:00The Prime Minister has categorically ruled out calling an early general election and I believe
00:04he's right to do so. We were elected two years ago on a mandate to change this country, to put
00:11it back in the service of working people and to give people not just breathing space as we've
00:16been doing over the last few years but a sense really that this country is going places, that
00:22we can do great things, that people can be part of it and that they can benefit from it. You'll
00:26hear a lot more from the Prime Minister about that this week but we have a job to do and
00:30a promise to keep to help people live the lives that they deserve to live and with the investment
00:36that we're making into young people through investing in youth work, through to the work
00:43that we're doing to bring public services under greater public control, all of these announcements
00:48that we'll make this week are about changing people's lives, not about supporting the Labour
00:53party to win elections but supporting this country to succeed.
