Some stunts look safest right up until the moment the landing stops being an option.
The clip shows a boy riding a scooter toward a curved ramp set beside a foam pit. He rolls up the ramp with speed, aiming toward the edge of the pit. Near the top, his path shifts away from the foam blocks, and the scooter angles offline. Instead of dropping into the pit, he comes down to the side and hits the surface next to it, sliding as the scooter tips with him.
With the soft landing so close, the miss stands out as the detail that changes the whole attempt. In Moscow, the moment plays out as a quick reminder that control matters most at the very end.
