Judge Judy can’t believe what she’s hearing when a landlord tries to change the terms of an existing lease-to-own agreement. The tenants were paying $950 a month when the landlord attempted to raise the rent to $1,200 — while also changing the agreed purchase price to reflect the home’s current market value.  When the landlord calmly insists she isn’t out of her mind, Judge Judy responds with the question everyone is thinking: “Are you nuts?”
