00:00Whipped brown sugar, brown butter.
00:01It's so good, you can eat it with a spoon.
00:03You gotta start by browning your butter.
00:05You're gonna let it melt low and slow.
00:06Once it gets like this, just let it go.
00:08You don't really wanna stir it,
00:09but you can just kinda swirl the pot a little bit.
00:11This is the color you're looking for.
00:13Place it on ice to cool down.
00:14If you're not using salted butter,
00:16now is the time to add in a pinch.
00:17And then we're gonna whip it up.
00:18Once it starts to get cold and thickened,
00:20take it out of the ice and keep whipping.
00:21Now's the time to add in the flavor.
00:23I'm going in with brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
00:26Look at that.
00:27You don't have to be a chef to create something this fancy.
00:29That's gonna be a perfect bite.
00:30Oh yeah.
00:31It tastes like the best cinnamon toast,
00:33but with a deeper flavor.
00:34Make a batch of this.
00:34You're gonna wanna spread it on everything,
00:35maybe even a shoe.
